چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حا ضر، برر سی تأثیر تعاملی 6 هفته تمرین ا ستقامتی و تزریق ا ستروئید ا ستانوزولول بر تغییرات مقادیر
سرمی آنزیم های آلانین آمینوترانسفراز، آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز و آلکالین فسفاتاز در موش های صحرایی نر سالم بو . د
289 گرم به چهار گروه ± بدینمنظور 32 سر موش صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار با سن 12 هفته و میانگین وزن اولیۀ 16
موشهای .(n= و استانوزولول ( 8 (n= تمرین+استانوزولول ( 8 ،(n= تمرین+دارونما ( 8 ،(n= تقسیم شدند: دارونما ( 8
دریافتکنندة استروئید هفتهای یک بار تزریق درونعضلانی استانوزولول ( 5 میلیگرم به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن)
داشتند، گروه های بدون دارو، به همان مقدارروغن آراشیذ را به عنوان دارونما دریافت کردند. حیوانات گروه تمرین به
VO2max مدت 6 هفته و 5 جل سه در هفته، تحت برنامۀ تمرین پی شروندة ا ستقامتی تا سقف شدت 70 تا 75 در صد
روی تردمیل دویدند. مقادیر سرمی آلانین آمینوترانسفراز، آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز و آلکالین فسفاتاز به روش الایزا
و برای مشخص کردن توزیع پراکندگی یکسان KS سنجیده شد. برای تعیین طبیعی بودن توزیع دادهها از آزمون
تحلیل شد و برای P <0/ گروهها از آزمون لوِن استفاده شد. همچنین دادهها با آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه در سطح 05
تعیین تفاوت های درون گروهی از آزمون تعقیبی توکی استفاده شد. تغییرات سرمی آنزیم آلانین آمینوترانسفراز
معنادار شدند، اما مقادیر سرمی آنزیم آلکالین فسفاتاز (P=0/ و آنزیم آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز ( 001 (P=0/002)
معنادار ن شد . (P=0/070) برا ساس یافته های این پژوهش میتوان گفت عدم تأثیر تعدیلی تمرین ا ستقامتی بر تغییرات
آنزیمهای کبدی در پی مصرف استروئید استانوزولول است.

چکیده [English]
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of six weeks endurance training and treatment of stanozolol on hepatic enzymes (ALT, AST and ALP) in male healthy rats. For this reason, 32 male Wistar rats aged 12 weeks old (initial body weight, 289±16g) were divided randomly into four groups; placebo (P, n=8), exercise (E, n=8), exercise stanozolol (ES, n=8) and stanozolol (S, n=8). ES and S groups received a weekly intramuscular injection (5mg/kg of body weight) of stanozolol, while P and E groups received Arashiz oil as placebo. E and ES groups were submitted to a progressive running program on a treadmill, for 6 weeks and 5 days per week. ALT, AST and ALP serum levels were measured by ELISA method. Data were analysed by one way ANOVA test, (p < 0.05). ALT (P=0.002) and AST (P=0.001) changes were significant but ALP changes were not significant. According to the findings of this study, endurance training could not modulate possible side effects of stanozolol on liver tissue.
