چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی چهار هفته فعالیت ورزشی تناوبی شدید بر بیان ژن مایونکتین عضلانی و مقاومت به انسولین رت‌های نر بالغ نژاد ویستار است. در این پژوهش 14 سر رت نر بالغ از نژاد ویستار (با سن هشت هفته‌)، به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه هفت‌ تایی شاهد و تمرین تقسیم شدند.گروه تمرین، چهار هفته تمرین تناوبی شدید دویدن روی نوارگردان ( پنج جلسه در هفته) انجام دادند و گروه شاهد هیچگونه تمرینی نداشت. عضله نعلی هموژن شده و میزان بیان ژن مایونکتین با روشReal- time PCR سنجیده شد و انسولین به روش الایزا و سطوح گلوکز به روش گلوکز اکسیداز اندازه‌گیری شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش آماری t مستقل با P

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of four weeks of high intensity interval training on muscle myonectin gene expression and insulin resistance index, in the male adult rats. Fourteen Wistar rats (age: eight weeks) were divided into two groups: (1) interval training and (2) control groups. Animals in exercise groups received 4-wk interval training (five sessions per week) that included running on a treadmill and at the same time, the control group did not have any training.
