تمرین تناوبی خیلی شدید مفید یا مضر: بررسی تغییرات تراکم استخوان بعد از یک دوره برنامۀ تمرین تناوبی خیلی شدید در ‌رت‌های نر بالغ نژاد ویستار

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر تمرینات تناوبی خیلی شدید (HIIT) بر تراکم استخوانی ‌رت‌های نر نژاد ویستار بالغ بود. روش‌شناسی: به این منظور 16 سر رت با محدودۀ وزنی 20±250 گرم و سن شش هفته به دو گروه تجربی (n=8) و کنترل (n=8) تقسیم شدند. پس از یک هفته آشنایی با پروتکل تمرینی، برنامۀ تمرینی HIIT فزاینده به مدت هشت هفته دنبال شد. 24 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسۀ تمرینی، پس از بیهوشی و کشتن حیوان، استخوان ران بیرون آورده شده و در محلول فرمالین قرار داده شد. میزان تراکم مواد معدنی استخوان (BMD,g/cm2) و محتوای مواد معدنی (BMC,g/cm2) سه ناحیۀ (گردن، میانه، تروکانتر) ران به روش DEXA اندازه‌گیری شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های آماری از آزمون t مستقل استفاده شد. نتایج: کاهش معنا‌داری در مقدار BMD و BMC گردن و تنۀ ران مشاهده شد، درحالی‌که کاهش مقدار BMC تروکانتر گروه تمرین معنا­دار نبود. نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر احتمالاً تمرینات HIIT تأثیرات تحریکی مطلوبی بر تراکم استخوانی اعمال نمی­کند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of high intensity interval training (HIIT) on bone mass density in adult male Wistar rats. For this purpose, 16 rats (weight 250±20 g and 6 weeks old) were divided into experimental group (n=8) and control group (n=8). After a week of orientation to the training protocol, 8 weeks of incremental HIIT was performed. 24 hours after the last training session, the subjects were anesthetized and sacrificed and their femur was removed and placed in formalin. Bone mineral density (BMD, g/cm2) and bone mineral content (BMC, g/cm2) in three regions (neck, middle, trochanter) of the femur were measured using DEXA analysis. Independent t test was used for statistical analysis. Results showed a significant reduction in BMD and BMC at femoral neck and trunk while the reduction in trochanter BMC of the experimental group was not significant. Based on these findings, HIIT may not have desired stimulatory effects on bone mass density.
