چکیده

مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین تأثیر تمرین هوازی موزون با و بدون مکمل‌سازی کورکومین بر برخی شاخص‌های نیمرخ لیپیدی و استرس اکسایشی زنان غیرفعال دارای اضافه وزن و چاق است.
روش پژوهش: آزمودنی‌های تحقیق، 30 نفر زن غیرفعال دارای اضافه وزن و چاق (میانگین سنی 65/5± 9/28 سال؛ وزن 99/8± 3/79 کیلوگرم و شاخص تودۀ بدنی 01/3±6/32 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع) بودند. آزمودنی‌ها پس از همگن‌سازی بر اساس درصد چربی به‌صورت تصادفی به دو گروه همگن 15 نفره (گروه تمرین بدون مکمل و گروه تمرین با مکمل) تقسیم شدند. هر دو گروه پروتکل تمرین هوازی موزون را به مدت چهار هفته، چهار جلسه در هفته و هر جلسه 62- 106دقیقه و با شدت 50-80 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه اجرا کردند. گروه تمرین با مکمل، قرص کورکومین را به مقدار 1000 میلی‌گرم (دو نوبت در روز و هر نوبت 500 میلی‌گرم) به مدت چهار هفته مصرف کردند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که افزایش HDL در گروه تمرین با مکمل به‌طور معنا‌داری بیشتر از گروه تمرین بدون مکمل بود، اما کلسترول در گروه تمرین با مکمل به‌طور معنا‌داری کمتر از گروه تمرین بود (05/0>P). در متغیر مالون دی‌آلدئید (MDA) بین گروه‌های مطالعاتی تفاوتی مشاهده نشد. ظرفیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی کل (TAC) در هر دو گروه تمرین با و بدون مکمل افزایش معنا‌داری داشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: اجرای چهار هفته تمرین هوازی موزون همراه با مکمل‌سازی کورکومین موجب کاهش کلسترول خون و افزایشHDL  و TAC زنان دارای اضافه وزن و چاق می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: This study aimed to determine the effect of rhythmic aerobic exercise with and without curcumin supplementation on some lipid profiles and oxidative stress indicators in inactive overweight and obese women.
Methods: The research participants were 30 inactive overweight and obese women (mean age: 28.9±5.65 years, weight: 79.3±8.99 kg, and BMI 32.6±3.01 kg/m2). After homogeneous grouping based on fat percentage, participants were randomly assigned into two equal groups of 15 people (exercise without supplement group and exercise with supplement group). Both groups performed the rhythmic aerobic exercise protocol for four weeks, four sessions per week, and each session lasted 62-106 minutes with 50-80% of the HRmax intensity. The exercise with supplement group consumed 1000 mg of curcumin tablets (twice a day and 500 mg each time) for four weeks.
Results: The results showed that the increase in HDL in the exercise with supplement group was significantly higher than in the exercise without supplement group, but blood cholesterol in the exercise with supplement group was considerably lower than in the exercise without supplement group (p<0.05). No difference was observed in the malondialdehyde variable between the study groups. Total Antioxidant Capacity (TAC) was significantly increased in both exercise groups with and without supplementation.
Conclusion: Performing four weeks of rhythmic aerobic exercise along with curcumin supplementation decreases blood cholesterol and increases the HDL and TAC in overweight and obese women.
