چکیده
مقدمه: اضافه وزن و چاقی در کودکان زمینهساز بروز مشکلات قلبی- عروقی است که از طریق اختلال در سیستم عصبی خودکار رخ میدهد، درحالیکه فعالیت ورزشی تأثیرات مطلوبی بر ANS دارد. این تغییرات از طریق شاخصهای تغییرپذیری ضربان قلب قابل اندازهگیری است. بر این اساس هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر پنج هفته تمرین تناوبی شدید بر HRV و RPP دختران دارای اضافه وزن بود.
روش پژوهش: در این پژوهش از دانشآموزان دارای اضافه وزن در محدودۀ 2+ BMI Z-SCORE < < 1+ در گروه تجربی و گروه کنترل، استفاده شد. آزمودنیها پیش و پس از پنج هفته تمرین HIIT در آزمون شاتل ران برای برآورد اکسیژن مصرفی بیشینه و شش دقیقه پیادهروی برای برآورد حداکثر اکسیداسیون چربی تمرینی شرکت کردند. ریشۀ میانگین مربع فواصل موجهای R-R متوالی ضربان قلب (RMSSD) برای اندازهگیری HRV استراحتی و فشارخون سیستولیک و ضربان قلب برای اندازهگیری RPP استراحتی در هفتۀ ابتدایی و انتهایی ثبت شد. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری t همبسته و تحلیل کوواریانس با سطح معناداری 05/0p< صورت گرفت.
یافتهها: در گروه تمرین پنج هفته تمرینات HIIT موجب تغییرات معنادار در RMSSD RPP, و حداکثر اکسیداسیون چربی تمرینی در دختران دارای اضافه وزن شد (05/0P<). در گروه کنترل شاخصها تغییر معناداری نداشتند.
نتیجهگیری: شاخصهای RMSSD RPP, و حداکثر اکسیداسیون چربی میتوانند بهعنوان جایگزینهای مناسب و کارامد برای شناسایی کودکان در معرض خطر و پروسههای درمانی، قبل از سن بلوغ بهکار روند.

The Effect of Five-Week High-Intensity Interval Training on HRV and RPP Parameters in Girls Aged 7 to 9 Years: Relation to Childhood Overweight

Introduction: Overweight and obesity in children are the underlying cause of cardiovascular problems that occur through Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) dysfunction, However, physical training has a beneficial effect on the ANS. These changes can be measured through Heart Rate Variability (HRV) indices. Accordingly, the present study aimed to investigate the effect of five weeks of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on HRV and Rate Pressure Product (RPP) of overweight girls.
Methods: In this research, overweight students in the range of +2 < BMI Z-SCORE <1+ participated in the Experimental and the Control groups. Before and after five weeks of HIIT intervention, the participants underwent the Shuttle Run test to estimate maximal oxygen consumption and the Six-Minute Walking test to estimate maximal fat oxidation (MFO) during exercise. Root Mean Square of Successive Difference (RMSSD) of the R-R wave interval of the heartbeat was recorded to measure resting HRV and also systolic blood pressure and heart rate were recorded to measure resting RPP in the first and the last week. Data analysis was done using dependent t-tests and analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) with a significance level of p<0.05.
Results: the results showed that in the training group, five weeks of HIIT intervention caused significant changes in RMSSD, RPP, and MFO of overweight girls (P<0.05). However, in the control group, the indices did not change significantly (P>0.05).
Conclusion: RMSSD, RPP, and MFO indices can be used as suitable and efficient alternatives to identify children at risk and therapeutic processes before puberty.
