تأثیر شش هفته تمرین هوازی و مصرف عصارۀ آبی دانه زیره سیاه بر سطح سرمی آدیپولین و تغییرات پروفایل لیپیدی موش‌های صحرایی نر چاق

چکیده

آدیپولین، آدیپوسایتوکاین ضدالتهابی مترشحه از بافت چربی است. با توجه به نقش گیاهان دارویی در کنترل چاقی، این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تأثیر 6 هفته تمرین هوازی و مصرف عصارۀ آبی دانۀ زیرۀ سیاه بر سطح سرمی آدیپولین و تغییرات پروفایل لیپیدی موش‌های صحرایی نر چاق انجام گرفت. در این مطالعۀَؤ تجربی، از 24 سر موش صحرایی نر چاق‌شده، در پی 12 هفته رژیم غذایی پرچرب استفاده شد، که به‌طور تصادفی به چهار گروه 1. کنترل، 2. تمرین، 3. عصارۀ زیرۀ سیاه و 4. تمرین + عصارۀ زیرۀ سیاه تقسیم شدند. گروه‌های تمرین 5 روز در هفته به مدت 6 هفته تمرین هوازی (معادل 55% VO2max) انجام دادند. سطح سرمی آدیپولین و تغییرات پروفایل لیپیدی و وزن بدن اندازه‌گیری شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه و آزمون تعقیبی Tukey تحلیل شدند. نتایج کاهش معنا‌دار وزن بدن، LDL-C، TG، TC (05/0>P) و افزایش معنا‌دار سطح سرمی آدیپولین و HDL-C (05/0> P) در گروه تمرین + عصاره زیره سیاه نسبت به سایر گروه‌ها را نشان داد. با توجه به نتایج، به‌نظر می‌رسد ترکیب همزمان تمرین هوازی با شدت متوسط و مصرف عصارۀ آبی زیرة سیاه می‌تواند با افزایش سطح سرمی آدیپولین، HDL-C و کاهش LDL-C ، TG و  TC به کاهش وزن منجر شود.

چکیده [English]

Adipolin is an anti-inflammatory adipocytokine secreted from adipose tissue. Due to the role of medicinal plants in controlling obesity, this study was conducted to determine the effect of 6 weeks of aerobic training and aqueous extract of caraway seed on serum level of adipolin and lipid profile changes in obese male rats.In this experimental study, 24 obese male rats were used after 12 weeks of high-fat diet; they were randomly divided into 4 groups: 1. control 2. training 3. carawayextract 4. training + carawayextract. The training groups performed aerobic training for 6 weeks, 5 days a week (55% VO2max). Serum level of adipolin, lipid profile changes and body weight were measured. Data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA and Tukey's post hoc test. The results showed significant decreases in body weight, LDL-C, TG, TC (P<0.05) and significant increases in serum level of adipolin and HDL-C (P<0.05) in the training + carawayextract compared to other groups. According to the results, it seems that moderate intensity aerobic training and aqueous extract of caraway seed can lead to weight loss with an increase in serum level of adipolin and HDL-C and a decrease in LDL-C, TG and TC.
