بررسی نیمرخ فیزیولوژیک و آنتروپومتریک ژیمناست‌های مرد حرفه‌ای دو استان کرمان و گیلان و مقایسۀ آنها با هنجار موجود

چکیده
 
هدف از این تحقیق، مقایسۀ نیمرخ فیزیولوژیک و آنتروپومتریک ژیمناست­های مرد حرفه­ای دو استان کرمان و گیلان و مقایسۀ‌ آنها با هنجار بود. آزمودنی­ها شامل20 ژیمناست مرد حرفه­ای از دو استان کرمان و گیلان با میانگین سنی 2/2±2/15 سال، وزن 24/13±35/51 کیلو‌گرم و قد 36/11±80/161 سانتی‌متر بودند. داده­ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (t استیودنت) در سطح معناداری 05/0>P بررسی شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد ژیمناست­های استان گیلان در انعطاف­پذیری و ژیمناست­های استان کرمان در سرعت و استقامت عضلات کمربند شانه‌ای نسبت به دیگری برتری داشتند (05/0>P). در بخش فیزیولوژیک، میانگین‌های دو استان به‌طور معناداری پایین­تر از هنجار بود و در بخش آنتروپومتریک، ژیمناست­ها در قسمت چربی زیرپوستی و طول اندام­های فوقانی و تحتانی اختلاف معناداری با هنجار داشتند (05/0>P). براساس نتایج، ژیمناست‌های این تحقیق در بخش فیزیولوژیک، در سطح پایین‌تری از هنجار قرار دارند که این امر لزوم توجه هرچه بیشتر مربیان به برنامه­های افزایش آمادگی جسمانی و فیزیولوژیک ژیمناست­ها را آشکار می‌کند.

The purpose of this study was to survey of the physiologic and anthropometric profile of professional male Gymnasts in Kerman and Guilan provinces and comparing them with the norm. Subjects included 20 professional male gymnasts from Kerman and Guilan provinces with mean age 15.2±2.2 yrs, weight 51.35±13.24 kg and height 161.80±11.36 cm.
