Abstract

The purpose of this study was to defining effect of two different GIcarbohydrates and Glutamine usage on Creatine kinase and the exhaustion time in active female subjects. For this purpose 40 subjects with the average age of 24.82 3.4 year, the height of 165.25 5.1 cm were participated voluntary in this study. Subjects were divided into 4 groups of carbohydrate with low glycemic and glutamine, carbohydrate with high glycemic and glutamine, glutamine and placebo groups randomly. lentil was used as carbohydrate with low glycemic, and potato as high glycemic food and the consumed glutamine for each three groups with the amount of 0.5 g/kg BW in solution form in water and placebo.Blood samples was collected before and after laboratory Bruce test. For allP
