This study, Survey A period of increase exercise intensity in tapering phase, for this reason 14 man runners (with average age 22/28± 4/06 years, high 177/50± 4/7, fat percent 9/07 ± 2/86) voluntarily participated. Subjects Classification according to 400 m record in tow group, taper and control. After taken the first test (T1) 8 week progressive training was started. Second test (T2) taken after eight week. Follow that tapering phase began. Taper group (training volume 70 percent decrease and training intensity 10 percent increased) passed 14 days tapering and control group followed training with previous same loaded. After 14 days the third test (T3) was taken in same circumstances to previous tests. For data analyze used Analysis variance repeated measures ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient tests (P?0/05). Results showed between (T2) and (T3) in taper group, strength, peak and average power, velocity and 400 m running performance improved significantly (P?0/05). Also in taper group rest heart rate and residuum rate (Subtract HR before activity as after that) between (T2) and (T3) significantly decreased. But this change in control was not significant (P?0/05). Sub maximal heart rate variations in taper group between (T2) and (T3) was not significant differentiation. But in control group increase significantly (P?0/05).during tapering between strength variation with peak and average power showed high positive correlation (R = 0/88). Between velocity with peak and average power was high negative correlation (R= -0/83), (R= -0/84).Result that in 400 m runner during tapering phase increase intensity in addition to decrease fatigue accumulation can increase Bio motion adaptations effectively.
