The primary objective of Sport Biosciences (SBio) is to advance and disseminate high-quality, innovative, and rigorous research that expands the fundamental and practical understanding of physiological responses, adaptations, and mechanisms related to physical exercise and human movement. The journal seeks to serve as a premier scholarly platform for exercise scientists, clinical researchers, sports educators, and medical practitioners to share empirical evidence and theoretical insights.
