		<Abstract>The purpose of this study was to defining effect of two different GIcarbohydrates and Glutamine usage on Creatine kinase and the exhaustion time in active female subjects. For this purpose 40 subjects with the average age of 24.82 3.4 year, the height of 165.25 5.1 cm were participated voluntary in this study. 		<Abstract>Purpose: Health professionals believe in the effective role of exercise training on improving the health of MS patients. The present study to investigate changes in serum levels IL4 and 17, as well as muscle strength changes after 8 weeks of regular resistance training. Methodology: The present study was a applied and pre-post design. Twenty-two women with multiple sclerosis in the range of 25 to 40 years old and with disability (EDSS = 4) were randomly assigned into experimental and control groups. 8-week training sessions, 3 sessions with 45-60% intensity, one repetition, performed exercises, and the control group did not participate in any regular physical activity. Before and after training, anthropometric tests, upper and lower strength and blood sampling were used to measure the levels of Interleukin 17 and 4. To determine the normal distribution of data, the Smirnov-Kolmogorov test and one-way variance analysis were used for the possible difference in the groups and the paired t-test was used to examine the intra-group changes. The significance level was considered to be P≤0 / 05 and the calculations were performed using SPSS version 18. Results: The statistical analysis showed that the subjects&#039; strength was significantly higher than the control group (P = 0.001). Interleukin 4 showed a significant increase compared to the control group (P = 0.002), but interleukin 17 did not differ between the two groups. 		<Abstract>Aim: The stress of everyday life and aging inefficiency affect the cardiovascular system. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of home-based monitored exercise protocol (HBME) on cardio respiratory parameters and physical function of veterans of Mazandaran province. In addition, the correlation between Vo2peak and modified Bruce and Rockport was investigated by dual product and pulse oxygen.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Methodology: 120 veterans were randomly divided into intervention and control groups. Aerobic and resistance training programs were performed at home for 8 weeks and 4 and 2 days respectively. Cardiovascular Indices (Vo2peak Bruce and Rockport, Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Dual Produce, and Pulse Oxygen) and Physical Function (Upper and Lower Strength, Balance and Flexibility) by field and laboratory tests at the beginning and the end The research period was measured. Data was analyzed using ANOVA, t-test and Pearson correlation.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Results: Implementation of 8 weeks of home-based training resulted in significant improvement in Bruce VO2, Rockport, upper and lower trunk strength, balance, flexibility and duality of the training group compared to the pre-test. (p≥0,001). In addition, there is a significant and significant negative correlation between the Bruce VO2 and the Rockport with the Pulse Oxygen. (r = -0.926, r = -0.335), (p≥ 0.000) (p &lt;0.002).&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Conclusion: Performing synergistic aerobic and homeopathic exercises through improving cardio respiration and muscular fitness may reduce myocardial stress and also improve physical activity and quality of life in veterans</Abstract>

		<Abstract>resistance exercise to failure along with the rapid development of muscle and physical fitness. The purpose of the present study is to investigate effect of exercise to failure sets and cluster sets on biomarkers of cardiac injury. Methods: Twelve trained male athletes with a mean age of 23.20 ± 2.25 years were voluntarily selected. Two kinds of exercises’ concentric failure sets and cluster sets done separately with pre-test and 30 minutes, 4, 12 and 24 hours follow-up. Both failure sets and cluster sets include nine exercises with a weight in equal intensity zone (12-15RM) and training volumes. Result: in final cycling of exercise both protocols has shown decreased in mean heart rate, especially in cluster sets this decrease with high effect size (ES) (d = 0.99) was most obviously (P &lt;0.05). Only in the first period of monitoring, perceived exertion level was different and which was higher in concentric failure sets ES (d = -3.59) (P &lt;0.05). hscTnI mean after the intervention, at the 24 hours later monitoring showed large ES (d = 0.90) in failure sets (P &lt;0.05). During all periods of two protocol follow up (with the exception of a 24-hour monitoring) a cardiac Nt-proBNP elevated above the baseline levels, which peaked 4 hours later monitoring with ES (d = 1.35) in failure sets. Conclusion: Performing resistance exercise to failure increases the biomarkers of cardiac injury levels and 24-hour recover period may not be sufficient.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Interleukin-15 (IL-15) is an important cytokine that secreted from skeletal muscles in response to exercise and has a different effect on various tissue such as muscular tissue. Present study conducted aimed to investigate the effect of eight weeks of circuit resistance training on serum levels of IL-15 in young overweight males. 20 overweight young males (BMI: 26.32±0.98 kg.m2) randomly divided into two control and circuit resistance training groups (n=10). Circuit resistance training program performed for eight weeks and three session per week. Each training session consisted of nine exercise that performed with 50 to 60 percent of 1RM. Over this time, the subjects in control group continue their routine daily program. After 48 hours from the last training session, post-test blood samples taken up to 7 ml from brachial vein, as in pre-test, in order to measurement the levels of desired variables including IL-15, IGF-I and IGFBP-3. Present study findings indicated that changes in the levels of IL-15, IGF-I and IGFBP-3 were not statistically significant between the control and circuit resistance training groups (p&gt;0.05). However, percent body fat in trained group indicated significant decrease compared to control group (p=0.003). According to present study findings, it seems that circuit resistance training positive effects over eight weeks in overweight young males is mediated by other pathways beside the changes in levels of studied variables including IL-15.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of PGC-1 alpha isoforms in response to eccentric and concentric resistance exercise in healthy subjects.&lt;br /&gt;Materials and Methods: Ten healthy men were randomly divided into two groups (5 men concentric and 5 men eccentric). Isokinetic contraction protocols included eccentric and concentric knee extension with maximum power and angular velocity of 60 degrees per second. The torques for each subject were 60 degrees per second to match the workload in both identical protocols and the rotational speed. Contractions consisted of a maximum of 12 sets of 10 repetitions for the right leg, a rest time of 30 seconds between each set. At the beginning and end of the study, lateralis muscle tissue was biopsied. Biopsies were performed in both distal and proximal directions of the lateral flank. Real time PCR was used to evaluate PGC1α-1 and PGC1α-4 gene expression in each tissue group. Data were analyzed using dependent t-test and covariance test.&lt;br /&gt;Results: The intra-group changes of PGC1α-1 were not significant in eccentric (p = 0.168) and concentric (p = 0.959) groups. There was also a significant difference between PGC1α-4, eccentric group (p = 0.012) and concentric group (p = 0.02).&lt;br /&gt;Conclusion: It seems that lack of significant changes in the desired variables due to the lack of exercise pressure is sufficient to stimulate the increase of PGC1α-1 and PGC1α-4. with regard to reviewing the answer, it seems that the compatibility debate has different results that need to be addressed.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Introduction: Nesfatin-1is a reducing appetite peptide, on the other hand energy demand decreases in high altitude, thus it’s possible that training in altitude could have more reducing effect on weight. We decided to do this research in order to investigation the effects of 6-weeks aerobic training in hypoxic condition vs normoxic condition on resting Nesfati-1 and insulin resistance in overweight women. Material and methods: Twenty-four overweight young women (age: 28.25±3.7 yrs. height: 161.8±3.01 cm, weight: 78.64±7.18) were selected and randomly assigned into two experimental groups: hypoxia group (n= 12, 60% of HRmax, in hypoxic condition resembling of 3000 m altitude) and normoxy group (n= 12, 60% of HRmax, in normoxy condition). Training program was consisted of 6 weeks and 3 sessions per week. Anthropometric characteristic, glucose concentration, insulin concentration, insulin resistance and Nesfatin-1 plasma concentration were analyzed before and after training period. Dependent and independent t-test were used as statistical tests. Results: Between group differences in weight (p=0.16), BMI (p=0.19) and glucose (p=0.23) was not significant, but for fat percent (p=0.02), waist circumference (p=0.03), insulin (p=0.001), HOMA-IR (p=0.001) and Nefatin-1 (p=0.002) were significant. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that aerobic exercise in hypoxic condition led to higher increase in Nesfatin-1 in comparison with normoxy condition. Presumably improvement in body composition and insulin resistance index are related to Nestin-1 changes and resulting appetite and energy demand decrement</Abstract>
