تأثیر اجرای دو نوع تمرین تناوبی خیلی شدید (HIIT) بر اکسیداسیون چربی و کربوهیدرات در مردان جوان دارای اضافه وزن
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر دو هفته تمرین تناوبی شدید (HIIT) بر اکسیداسیون چربی و کربوهیدرات مردان جوان دارای اضافه وزن بود. به این منظور، 16 مرد جوان غیرفعال دارای اضافه وزن داوطلبانه در این پژوهش شرکت کردند و بهطور تصادفی به دو گروه تجربی HIIT-1، با BMI معادل 6/2±54/26، و گروه HIIT-2 با BMI 29/2 ±32/26 تقسیم شدند. HIIT-1 شامل سه جلسه در هفته، چهار تناوب یکدقیقهای با چهار دقیقه استراحت و HIIT-2 شامل چهار تناوب 30 ثانیهای با دو دقیقه استراحت بود. گازهای تنفسی یک روز قبل و بعد از تمرین، بهصورت ناشتا برای انجام تجزیهوتحلیلهای آزمایشگاهی جمعآوری شد. از آزمون آماری t مستقل برای بررسی تغییرات بینگروهی و از tوابسته برای بررسی تغییرات درونگروهی استفاده شد. تمرینات HIIT موجب کاهش 9 درصدی استفاده از کربوهیدرات و افزایش 43 درصدی استفاده از چربی بههنگام تست بروس در گروه HIIT-1 شد. این تغییرات نسبت به گروهHIIT-2 معنادار بود. تغییرات وزن و درصد چربی بدن تنها در گروه HIIT-1معنادار بود. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر، اجرای شش جلسه HIIT به بهبود نسبی اکسیداسیون چربی و ذخیرۀ گلیکوژن منجر میشود.

تأثیر شیوههای گوناگون تمرین ورزشی بر سطوح پلاسمایی IL-6 و IL-10 موشهای صحرایی نر بالغ
هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی و مقایسهی تأثیر شیوه های مختلف فعالیت ورزشی بر IL-6 و IL-10 و کنترل وزن موش های صحرایی نر بالغ بود. در این پژوهش تجربی- آزمایشگاهی 40 سر موش صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار (با سن 8 هفته و میانگین وزن 10±170 گرم)، به طور تصادفی به 5 گروه مساوی 8 تایی کنترل، فعالیت ورزشی استقامتی(ET-Endurance Training) ، فعالیت ورزشی تناوبی شدید (HIIT-High Intensity Interval Training)، فعالیت ورزشی تداومی شدید (ST-Sprint Training) و فعالیت ورزشی بر سطح شیبدارITW-Incline Treadmill Workout) ) تقسیم شدند. گروه کنترل هیچ گونه برنامه تمرینی نداشت و گروههای فعالیت ورزشی به مدت 8 هفته و 5 جلسه در هفته فعالیت ورزشی انجام دادند. IL-6 و IL-10 با روش الایزا سنجیده شد و دادهها با استفاده از روش آماری تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه با 05/0p < تحلیل شدند. پژوهش حاضر نشان داد، مقادیر IL-6 و IL-10 پلاسمایی پس از 8 هفته، در هیچیک از گروههای تمرینی نسبت به گروه کنترل تفاوت معنیداری نداشت(05/0p

تأثیر مصرف مکمل منیزیم سولفات بر شاخصهای الکترومیوگرافی آستانۀ خستگی، لاکتات و TTE در پی فعالیت هوازی حاد دویدن روی نوارگردان تا حد واماندگی در مردان دانشگاهی غیرفعال
هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر مکملگیری منیزیم سولفات بر شاخصهای الکترومیوگرافی آستانۀ خستگی (EMGFT)، لاکتات و زمان رسیدن به واماندگی (TTE) در پی یک جلسه فعالیت هوازی دویدن روی نوار گردان تا حد واماندگی در مردان دانشگاهی غیرفعال بود. به این منظور 16 دانشجوی پسر غیرفعال (با میانگین سنی 18/1 ± 25/25 سال، قد 75/4 ± 18/176 سانتیمتر، وزن 65/25 ± 51/79 کیلوگرم) بهطور تصادفی به دو گروه مکمل (8 نفر) و دارونما (8 نفر) تقسیم شدند. خونگیری در چهار مرحله، قبل و بلافاصله بعد از آزمایش بروس در پیشآزمون و پسآزمون انجام گرفت. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون اندازهگیری مکرر، آنالیز کوواریانس، آزمون t همبسته و مستقل در سطح معناداری 05/0 =P تجزیهوتحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد، بعد از دورۀ مکملگیری TTE گروه مصرفکنندۀ منیزیم سولفات با افزایش همراه بود (44/5 درصد)، ( 05/0 P<). همچنین مکمل منیزیم سولفات بروز EMGFT را 140درصدافزایش داد ( 05/0 P<). اما تغییرات لاکتات در دو گروه معنادار نبود (05/0 P>). نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان می دهد که مصرف مکمل منیزیم سولفات موجب کاهش شیب فعالیت EMGFT عضله در پی یک جلسه فعالیت دویدن واماندهساز روی نوارگردان می شود.

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر چهار هفته تمرین تناوبی با شدت بالا با تحمل وزن و بدون تحمل وزن بر عوامل التهابی TNF-α, IL-6، CRP و نیمرخ لیپیدی بهعنوان عوامل پیشگیری احتمال ابتلا به بیماری قلبی- عروقی در زنان دارای اضافهوزن بود. شانزده زن غیرورزشکار (سن 5±30 سال، وزن11/13±48/75کیلوگرم، قد 59/2±50/165سانتیمتر و شاخص تودۀ بدنی20/4±73/27 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع) داوطلبانه در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. آزمودنیها در دو گروه تمرین تناوبی با شدت بالا (آزمون بیهوازی رست) و آزمون بیهوازی وینگیت بهصورت تصادفی تقسیم شدند، و به مدت 4 هفته و هفتهای 3 جلسه (بین 3 تا 6 آزمون رست یا وینگیت در هر جلسه) تمرینات خود را انجام دادند. 24ساعت قبل و 24 ساعت پس از پایان تمرینات نمونههای خونی از آزمودنیها گرفته شد و نتایج با استفاده از آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف، تحلیل کوواریانس و t وابسته در سطح معناداری 05/0P< تجزیهوتحلیل شد. نتایج کاهش معنادار میزان پلاسمایی TNF-α، IL-6 و CRP و بهبود نیمرخ لیپیدی (بهجز HDL-C) را در هر دو گروه تمرینی نسبت به قبل از شروع تمرینات نشان داد( 05/0(P<. هرچند پس از دوازده جلسه تمرین، تفاوت معناداری بین دو گروه تمرینی در عوامل التهابی و نیمرخ لیپیدی اندازهگیریشده مشاهده نشد (05/0<P)، نتایج بیانگر آن است که حتی دورههای کوتاهمدت تمرینات تناوبی با شدت بالا میتواند مقادیر عوامل التهابی مرتبط با بیماریهای قلبی- عروقی را کاهش دهد، هرچند نوع تمرینات از منظر تحمل وزن یا بدون تحمل وزن تفاوت معناداری را ایجاد نمیکند.

تأثیر یک دوره مکملدهی عصارة دارچین بر پاسخ nAChR عضلة اسکلتی موشهای صحرایی سالمند به فعالیت حاد واماندهساز
مصرف مکملهای حاوی آنتیاکسیدان در بهبود عملکرد در دوران سالمندی اهمیت زیادی دارد. هدف این تحقیق، بررسی تأثیر یک دوره مکملدهی عصارۀ دارچین بر پاسخ گیرندة نیکوتینی استیلکولین (nAChR)پس از یک جلسه فعالیت واماندهساز در موشهای صحرایی سالمند بود. 32 سر موش سالمند نژاد ویستار بهطور تصادفی در چهار گروه ورزش واماندهساز، دارچین، دارچین– ورزش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. موشها در گروه دارچین و دارچین- ورزش mg/kg/day 200 عصارة دارچین بهمدت 14 روز بهصورت گاواژ دریافت کردند. در گروه ورزش و دارچین– ورزش، موشها ابتدا با سرعت m/min 10 برای گرم کردن روی تردمیل راه رفتند و سپس هر دو دقیقه، m/min 2 به سرعت تردمیل اضافه شد تا سرعت به m/min 28 رسید. پس از بیهوشی، عضلۀ SOL و EDL در حالت استراحت، بلافاصله و چهار ساعت بعد خارج شد. از روش هموژن کردن و سپس وسترن بلات برای شناسایی تغییر متغیرها استفاده شدند. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون تی مستقل و تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه (One Way ANOVA) در سطح معناداری (05/0≥P) تجزیهوتحلیل شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که میزان nAChR بلافاصله و چهار ساعت بعد در عضلۀ SOL، در همۀ گروهها بهطور معناداری بیشتر از گروه کنترل بود (05/0˂ P). با وجود این در عضلۀ EDL این افزایش معنادار نبود (05/0≤P). بهنظر میرسد که مکملدهی عصارۀ دارچین و فعالیت استقامتی، روش مناسبی برای کاهش توسعة سارکوپنیا و افزایش سنتز nAChR در افراد سالمند باشد.

هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی اثر تمرینات یکپارچۀ حرکتی شناختی بر BDNF سالمندان مبتلا به دمانس بود. بدین منظور، 24 مرد سالمند مبتلا به دمانس (12 نفر گروه تجربی و 12 نفر گروه کنترل) بهعنوان نمونۀ آماری تحقیق انتخاب شدند. برنامۀ تمرینی یک دورۀ دوازده هفتهای (هفتهای سه جلسه تمرین 45 دقیقهای) تمرینات حرکتی شناختی بود که براساس رهنمودهای کالج آمریکایی طب ورزش (ACSM) اتخاذ شد. پیش و پس از انجام پروتکل تمرینی میزان BDNF و آزمونهای عملکردی و شناختی ارزیابی شد. بهمنظور تحلیل آماری از آنالیز تحلیل واریانس دوعاملی با اندازههای تکراری استفاده شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که 12 هفته برنامۀ تمرین حرکتی شناختی به افزایش سطوح BDNF (001/0=P)، بهبود نتایج آزمون رسیدن عملکردی (005/0=P)، آزمون بلند شدن و رفتن زماندار (001/0=P)، آزمون تعادلی برگ (001/0=P) و آزمون کوتاه وضعیت ذهنی (015/0P=)، در گروه فعال منجر شد. بهطور کلی یافتههای مطالعه نشان داد که تمرین یکپارچۀ حرکتی در آزمودنیهای مبتلا به دمانس، سبب افزایش سطوح BNDF میشود که از نظر بالینی این یافتهها اهمیت آمادگی بدنی بهعنوان یک عامل پیشگیریکننده از ابتلا به زوال عقل در آینده را تأیید میکند. همچنین این نوع فعالیت، روش تمرینی سودمندی جهت حفظ عملکرد حرکتی و کاهش سرعت کارکردهای ذهنی سالمندان است.

تأثیر چهار هفته تمرین هوازی بر اختلالات شناختی و عملکرد حرکتی موشهای صحرایی نر دیابتیشده با استرپتوزوتوسین
هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر چهار هفته تمرین هوازی بر اختلالات شناختی و عملکرد حرکتی موشهای صحرایی نر دیابتی بود. به این منظور 24 سر موش صحرایی نر بالغ نژاد ویستار (وزن 9/9±275 گرم، سن 13 هفته) خریداری و بهطور تصادفی به سه گروه شم، دیابت و دیابت+تمرین تقسیم شدند. دیابت با تزریق داخلصفاقی یک دوز استرپتوزوتوسین به مقدار ml/kg 60 القا شد. ملاک دیابتی شدن، قند خون بالای mg/dl 250 بود. یک هفته پس از القای دیابت، رتهای گروه ورزش، به مدت چهار هفته، پنج روز در هفته (به مدت 30-20 دقیقه با سرعت 18-10 متر در دقیقه) روی تردمیل دویدند. از آزمون حافظۀ احترازی غیرفعال برای بررسی میزان اختلال در حافظه و از آزمونهای سطح شیبدار و بارفیکس بهمنظور ارزیابی عملکرد حرکتی استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد که تمرین ورزشی بهطور معناداری میزان اختلال ناشی از دیابت در حافظۀ کوتاهمدت در آزمون حافظۀ احترازی غیرفعال (0001/0=P) را کاهش و عملکرد حرکتی موشهای صحرایی دیابتی را در آزمون سطح شیبدار (017/0=P) و آزمون بارفیکس (0001/0=P) افزایش داد. بهطور کلی میتوان گفت که چهار هفته تمرین هوازی به بهبود اختلالات شناختی و عملکرد حرکتی در موشهای صحرایی دیابتیشده با استرپتوزوتوسین منجر میشود.

اثر هشت هفته مصرف روی و تمرین هوازی بر سطح گلوکز پلاسما و تعداد سلولهای بتای پانکراس در رتهای دیابتی
هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثر مصرف مکمل روی و هشت هفته تمرین هوازی بر سطوح قند خون و توزیع سلولهای بتا پانکراس در موشهای صحرایی دیابتی است. بهطور تصادفی 60 رت نر بالغ به شش گروه تقسیم شدند: کنترل سالم (C)، کنترل تمرین (CE)، دیابت کنترل (D)، دیابتی با روی ((DZ، دیابتی با تمرین (DE)، و گروه دیابتی با روی و تمرین (DEZ). پس از هشت هفته، رتها بیهوش شدند، سپس پانکراس جدا و پردازش شد. بخشهایی بهطور تصادفی تعیین و تعداد سلولهای رنگی بتا پانکراس شمارش شدند. سطح قند خون (BGL) در هفتههای مختلف در این تحقیقات اندازهگیری شد. تجزیهوتحلیل آماری از آزمون واریانسها نشان داد که BGL بهطور چشمگیری در گروههای DEZ و DZ در مقایسه با C و گروههای D و CE کاهش یافت (05/0>P). تعداد سلولهای بتای جزایر لانگرهانس در گروه DEZ بهطور معناداری (05/0>P) بالاتر از گروه D (اندازۀ اثر 81٪) و DE (اندازۀ اثر 97٪) و DZ بالاتر از گروه D (اندازۀ اثر 99٪) بود و قابل مقایسه با گروه شاهد C و CE بودند. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که مکمل روی همراه با تمرین هوازی میتواند نقش مؤثرتری در مدیریت دیابت داشته باشد و احتمالاً با کنترل بیماری دیابت و تحریک سلولهای بتا به افزایش ترشح انسولین منجر شود. همچنین تا حد زیادی از تخریب سلولهای بتای باقیمانده بهوسیلۀ برخی از تغییرات پاتولوژیک مثل هیپرتروفی جلوگیری میکند.

بررسی تغییرات IL-15، CRP و آیریزین سرمی در فواصل استراحتی مختلف پس از یک جلسه فعالیت مقاومتی در سالمندان
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تغییرات IL-15، CRP و آیریزین سرمی پس از یک جلسه فعالیت مقاومتی در سالمندان و در فواصل مختلف پس از فعالیت و همچنین با نگاه امکان تغییر وضعیت عضلات و بهبود سارکوپنیا انجام گرفت. 15 سالمند (میانگین سنی 5/4±32/63 سال، قد33/2±61/168سانتیمتر و وزن 2/4±5/78 کیلوگرم) داوطلبانه در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. آزمودنیها بهمدت 45 دقیقه و در سه دورۀ هشتتکراری با شدت 80 درصد 1RM فعالیت با وزنه را انجام دادند. فاصلۀ استراحتی بین دورههای هر فعالیت دو دقیقه و فاصلۀ بین فعالیتها سه دقیقه بود. تحلیل آماری دادهها با کمک آزمون آماری تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه و آزمون تعقیبی LSD صورت گرفت (05/0P<). یافتهها نشان داد که سطوح IL-15 و آیریزین بلافاصله پس از جلسۀ آزمون افزایش معناداری دارد و 24 ساعت پس از جلسۀ آزمون نیز CRP و آیریزین بهطور معناداری افزایش مییابد (05/0P<). 72 ساعت پس از زمان آزمون، فاکتورهای التهابی نسبت به پیش از فعالت افزایش معناداری نشان دادند (05/0P<)؛ بنابراین یک جلسه فعالیت مقاومتی میتواند سبب بالا رفتن سطوح برخی از این فاکتورها در سالمندان شود که ممکن است بهعنوان عاملی تأثیرگذار در بهبود عملکرد عضلانی و بهویژه کنترل سارکوپنیا در این افراد عمل کند.

هدف از این پژوهش مطالعۀ اثر زودگذر نوع و شدت انقباضهای پویا بر برخی متغیرهای الکترومایوگرافی و عملکردی ورزشکاران حرفهای دوومیدانی بود. آزمودنیها 9 نفر بودند که در چهار روز متفاوت و بهصورت تصادفی، یکی از چهار پروتکل گرم کردن معمول (گروه کنترل)، گرم کردن و اجرای یک وهلۀ 4 تکراری نیمچمباتمۀ فعالیت منفی (120 درصد 1RM)، گرم کردن و اجرای یک وهلۀ 6 تکراری نیمچمباتمۀ فعالیت توانی– قدرتی (80 درصد 1RM) و گرم کردن و اجرای یک وهلۀ 12 تکراری نیمچمباتمۀ فعالیت توانی– سرعتی (40 درصد 1RM) را اجرا کردند. 7 دقیقه پس از اجرای هر پروتکل، از آزمودنیها آزمون حداکثر انقباض ایزومتریک ارادی (MVIC) و پرش عمودی بهعمل آمد و همزمان فعالیت الکترومایوگرافی عضلۀ راست رانی، پهن خارجی و دوسر رانی در آزمون MVIC و مرحلۀ درونگرای پرش عمودی به ثبت رسید و سپس شاخص حداکثر فعالیت عضله و نسبت RMS/MVIC از آن استخراج شد. نتایج نشان داد ارتفاع پرش عمودی، حداکثر فعالیت عضله و نسبت RMS/MVIC پس از انجام پروتکلهای نیمچمباتمۀ فعالیت منفی و توانی– قدرتی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل با افزایش معناداری همراه بود (05/0P≤). همچنین پروتکل فعالیت منفی در مقایسه با پروتکل توانی- قدرتی از افزایش بیشتری برخوردار بود (05/0P≤)؛ بنابراین، استفاده از گرم کردن ویژه، شامل نیمچمباتمه با شدتهای فوقبیشینه و نزدیک به بیشینه نسبت به گرم کردن معمول میتواند عملکرد پرش عمودی متعاقب را بهبود بخشد.
