تأثیر فعالیت متناوب با شدت بالا در شرایط هایپوکسی نورموباریک و نورموکسی بر پاسخ فاکتور رشد اِندوتلیال عروقی سرم در مردان غیرفعال
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر فعالیت متناوب با شدت بالا (HIE) در شرایط هایپوکسی و نورموکسی بر پاسخ VEGF سرم مردان غیرفعال است. به این منظور 9 مرد جوان غیرفعال (سن 5±50/24 سال، قد 6/4±22/174سانتیمتر، وزن 5/4±75/70 کیلوگرم و حداکثر بازده کاری (Wmax) در شرایط هایپوکسی 04/29±185 و در شرایط نورموکسی 8/31±0/200) بهعنوان آزمودنی انتخاب شدند. آزمودنیها، پروتکل فعالیت متناوب با شدت بالا را در شرایط هایپوکسی نورموباریک (3/15 تا 5/15درصد اکسیژن تقریباً برابر ارتفاع 2500 متر) و همین پروتکل را در شرایط نورموکسی در دو هفتۀ مجزا اجرا کردند. نمونههای خونی قبل، بلافاصله و 2 ساعت پس از فعالیت گرفته شد. نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیریهای مکرر نشان داد که بین شرایط محیطی مختلف (هایپوکسی و نورموکسی)، در میزان اثرگذاری بر سطوح VEGF سرمی مردان غیرفعال اختلاف معنادار وجود ندارد (452/0P=). مداخلات تمرینی و مطالعات بسیاری برای مشخص شدن مویرگزایی در بدن نیاز است؛ اگرچه سطوح بالای VEGF پس از فعالیت متناوب با شدت بالا ممکن است به افزایش آنژیوژنز و مویرگزایی منجر شود. به هر حال برای مشخص شدن محرکها و سازوکارهایی که برای رشد عروق جدید در تمرینات با شدت بالا گزارش شده، به تحقیقات بیشتری نیاز است.

مقایسۀ تأثیرات ضددردی و ضدالتهابی زعفران و ایندومتاسین در پیشگیری و درمان کوفتگی عضلانی تأخیری (DOMS)
در تحقیق پیش رو مصرف دهروزۀ زعفران و مقایسۀ آن با ایندومتاسین در پیشگیری از کوفتگی عضلانی تأخیری بررسی شد. مطالعه روی 39 دانشجوی پسر سالم در سه گروه زعفران (300 میلیگرم)، ایندومتاسین (75 میلیگرم) و کنترل به مدت ده روز انجام گرفت. پس از هفت روز، با دستگاه پرس پا و وزنۀ معادل 80 درصد حداکثر نیروی ایزوتونیک در چهار نوبت و هر نوبت با 20 تکرار و 3 دقیقه استراحت بین هر نوبت کوفتگی عضلانی ایجاد شد. قبل از دورۀ مصرف و نیز بلافاصله، 24، 48 و 72 ساعت پس از انجام پروتکل ایجاد کوفتگی عضلانی، محیط ران اندازهگیری شد و سنجش ادراک درد با شاخص VAS صورت پذیرفت و همچنین آستانه و حداکثر تحمل درد فشاری بر عضلۀ چهارسر ران اندازهگیری شد و مصرف خوراکی ادامه داشت. از آزمونهای تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که زعفران و ایندومتاسین موجب کاهش شایان ملاحظه و معنادار درد و التهاب شد (0001/0P<)، ولی زعفران نسبت به ایندومتاسین تأثیر بیشتری داشت. درصد تحمل درد فشاری در گروه زعفران نسبت به سایر گروهها بیشتر و معنادار بود (0001/0P<). مصرف زعفران در پیشگیری و احتمالاً درمان درد و التهاب ناشی از DOMS مؤثر است.

تأثیر تمرینات مقاومتی بر شاخصهای ریوی و ترکیب بدنی زنان چاق و دچار اضافه وزن مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو
هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی تأثیر تمرین مقاومتی بر عملکرد ریوی زنان چاق و دچار اضافه وزن مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو است. 24 بیمار مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو با دامنۀ سنی 55-40 سال، میانگین شاخص تودۀ بدنی (BMI) 26/3±16/30 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع و قند خون ناشتای بیشتر از 126 میلیگرم در دسیلیتر بهطور هدفمند انتخاب شدند. پس از اندازهگیریهای آنتروپومتریک و شاخصهای ریوی، آزمودنیها بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه تجربی و کنترل قرار گرفتند. برنامۀ تمرینی به مدت 12 هفته، هفتهای 3 روز و هر روز به مدت60 تا 75 دقیقه و با شدت 40 تا 80 درصد 1RM انجام گرفت. شاخصهای ریوی از طریق اسپیرومتری ارزیابی شدند. برای مقایسۀ تفاوتها در پایان تمرین بین دو گروه از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد. در پایان تحقیق بین وزن بدن (001/0 P=)، BMI (01/0 P=)، WC(001/0 P=)، WHR (004/0 P=)، FVC (001/0 P=)، FEV1 (001/0 P=)، FEV1/FVC (04/0 P=) و گلوکز ناشتای خون (001/0 P=) گروهها تفاوت معناداری مشاهده شد. براساس نتایج این تحقیق، برنامۀ تمرین ورزشی که موجب کاهش قند خون در افراد دیابتی شود، مداخلۀ درمانی مؤثری برای بهبود عملکرد ریوی بهشمار میرود.

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر تمرینات هوازی بر میزان فیلتراسیون گلومرولی و سطوح سرمی فاکتورهای بیوشیمیایی اوره، کراتینین و اسید اوریک در مردان مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو است. نمونهها 23 بیمار دیابتی نوع دوم 60–40 ساله بودند که به دو گروه تجربی (13N=) و کنترل (10N=) تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی به مدت ده هفته برنامۀ هوازی (دو تا سه جلسه در هفته و هر جلسه 90-60 دقیقه، با شدت 85- 55 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه) انجام دادند؛ و گروه کنترل به فعالیتهای روزمرۀ خود پرداختند. از آزمودنیها در دو نوبت پیش و پسآزمون نمونههای خونی گرفته شد؛ متغیرها با استفاده از دستگاههای بیوشیمیایی اتوآنالایزر اندازهگیری شدند. بهمنظور تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از آزمون تی همبسته استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد میزان فیلتراسیون گلومرولی (028/0P=)، سطح اوره (013/0P=) و کراتینین (027/0P=) خون در گروه تجربی کاهش یافت. درحالیکه میزان همین فاکتورها در گروه کنترل تغییر شایان توجهی نداشت. این پژوهش نشان داد ده هفته تمرین هوازی موجب بهبود سطح اوره و کراتینین خون شد، درحالیکه تأثیر معناداری بر مقدار اسید اوریک خون نداشت؛ بهعبارت دیگر، این ورزشها میتواند به بهبود عوارض کلیوی در این بیماران کمک کند.

تأثیر تمرینات تناوبی شدید (HIT) بر سطوح سرمی آدیپونکتین و لپتین کودکان چاق
شیوع چاقی در بین کودکان و همچنین تأثیرات مفید تمرینات ورزشی در کاهش وزن از طریق تعدیل فاکتورهای ترشحی بافت چربی مشخص شده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر هشت هفته تمرینات شدید تناوبی (HIT) بر سطوح سرمی آدیپونکتین و لپتین در کودکان چاق است. آزمودنیها شامل هفده کودک چاق با میانگین سنی 35/0±58/9 سال و شاخص تودۀ بدنی (BMI) 95/0 ± 89/29 کیلوگرم به مدت 8 هفته و 3 جلسه تمرین در هفته، تمرینات HIT را که شامل وهلههای 30 ثانیهای دویدن شدید و 5/1دقیقه استراحت فعال بود، اجرا کردند. تعداد وهلهها از 6 وهله به 10 وهله افزایش یافت. دادهها نشان داد اختلاف معناداری در سطوح لپتین (001/0P=) و آدیپونکتین (0001/0P=) و همین طور BMI (0001/0P=) قبل و پس از یک دورۀ تمرین HIT وجود دارد. همچنین همبستگی قوی مستقیم بین BMI با لپتین (85/0r=) و همبستگی معکوس با آدیپونکتین (68/0-r=) مشاهده شد. تمرینات HIT موجب کاهش BMI و تودۀ بدنی میشود. بهعلت وجود رابطۀ قوی بین BMI و آدیپوکاینهای سنجیدهشده، میتوان گفت تمرینات HIT احتمالاً از طریق کاهش تودۀ چربی موجب کاهش سطوح سرمی لپتین و افزایش آدیپونکتین در کودکان میشود. ازاینرو اجرای تمرینات HIT با رعایت احتیاطهای لازم در کودکان چاق میتواند تأثیرات مثبتی داشته باشد.

تأثیر تمرین هوازی در هوای آلوده به ذرات کربن سیاه بر بیان ژن TLR4 و TNF-α بافت ریۀ موشهای صحرایی نر
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر تمرین هوازی در هوای آلوده به ذرات کربن سیاه بر بیان ژن TLR4 و TNF-α در موشهای صحرایی نر است. به این منظور 24 سر موش صحرایی نر از نژاد ویستار با میانگین تودۀ بدنی 97/26±29/279 گرم بهطور تصادفی در چهار گروه الف) کنترل، ب) تمرین هوازی، ج) آلودگی و د) آلودگی+ تمرین قرار گرفتند. از دستگاه تزریق ذرات و اتاقک (فالونک) بهمنظور قرارگیری حیوانات در معرض ذرات کربن سیاه با قطر کمتر از 10 میکروناستفاده شد. پروتکل تمرین هوازی با 50 درصد بیشینۀ سرعت هر گروه به مدت 4 هفته انجام گرفت و 24 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسۀ تمرینی و قرارگیری در معرض ذرات کربن سیاه حیوانات قربانی شدند. با استفاده از تکنیک Real time-Pcr بیان ژن TLR4 و TNF-α در بافت ریۀ موشها ارزیابی شد. بهمنظور تعیین معنادار بودن تفاوت بین گروهها از تحلیل واریانس چندسویه و آزمون تعقیبی LSD و آزمون ناپارامتریک فریدمن استفاده شد. تمرین هوازی، به کاهش بیان ژن TLR4 و TNF-α در موشهای در معرض ذرات کربن سیاه منجر شد. همچنین، تمرین با کاهش معنادار تودۀ بدن در گروههای در معرض ذرات کربن سیاه همراه شد. چهار هفته تمرین هوازی در هوای آلوده به ذرات کربن سیاه به تعدیل عوامل التهابی TLR4 و TNF-α و تودۀ بدن منجر میشود. بهنظر میرسد این تغییرات در بخشی با کاهش خطر ابتلا به بیماریهای ریوی همراه باشد.

تأثیر یک دورۀ تمرین اینتروال و تیپر پلکانی بر شاخصهای عملکردی رتهای نر در حال بالیدگی
هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر یک دورۀ تمرین اینتروال و تیپرپلکانی بر تغییرات وزنی و عملکرد استقامتی رتهای نر در حال بالیدگی بود.
در این مطالعۀ تجربی، 40 سر موش صحرایی ویستار نر سههفتهای بهطور تصادفی به گروههای کنترل و تمرین تقسیم شدند. گروه تمرین پس از پایان دورۀ ششهفتهای تمرین اینتروال فزاینده به سه گروه تیپر سههفتهای کاهش شدت، تواتر و تکرار تقسیم شدند. وزن و شاخصهای عملکردی ارزیابی شدند. یافتههای پژوهش با استفاده از آنالیز واریانس دوطرفه و آزمون LSD در سطح 05/0α≤ تجزیهوتحلیل شد.
نتایج نشان داد تفاوت معناداری بین زمان خستگی گروههای مختلف تیپر با یکدیگر (001/0P≤) و هفتههای تیپر با دورۀ اینتروال (008/0P≤) وجود دارد. تیپر شدت با کاهش 57/28 درصدی در شدت تمرین، بهترین میانگین زمان خستگی، مسافت طیشده در آزمون و عملکرد (Pri) را نسبت به سایر گروهها داشت. همچنین مسافت طیشده در آزمون و زمان واماندگی در هفتۀ دوم تیپر به حداکثر خود رسید.
براساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر، تیپر پلکانی شدت موجب افزایش 13/52 درصدی عملکرد استقامتی میشود. همچنین دو هفته کاهش بار تمرینی آثار همافزایی مؤثرتری با مداخله بر تغییرات وزنی و زمان واماندگی در پی دارد.

تأثیر مصرف حاد کافئین بر کراتین کیناز و لاکتات دهیدروژناز پلاسما پس از یک جلسه فعالیت مقاومتی در مردان ورزشکار
براساس برخی شواهد مصرف کافئین قبل از فعالیت ورزشی بر آسیب عضلانی بدن اثر میگذارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی مصرف 6 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم کافئین متعاقب یک جلسه فعالیت ورزشی مقاومتی بر کراتین کیناز (CK) و لاکتات دهیدروژناز (LDH) در مردان فعال بود. 20 دانشجوی پسر رشتۀ تربیت بدنی (سن 25/1±22/21 سال، قد 88/6±13/175 سانتیمتر، وزن 10/7±22/69 کیلوگرم و شاخص تودة بدن 21/2±21/22 کیلوگرم بر متر مکعب، بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه دارونما (10n=) و کافئین (10n=) تقسیم شدند و یک ساعت پیش از فعالیت مقاومتی بهصورت دوسوکور کافئین یا دارونما دریافت کردند. فعالیت مقاومتی شامل یک مرحله تمرین دایرهای در 5 ایستگاه و هر ایستگاه شامل 3 نوبت بود که هر نوبت با 75 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه در 8 تا 10 تکرار انجام گرفت. نمونههای خونی قبل از مصرف کافئین یا دارونما، بلافاصله پس از تمرین، 24 و 48 ساعت بعد از تمرین جمعآوری شد. نتایج نشان داد تمرین مقاومتی موجب افزایش معنادار سطوح آنزیمی CK (013/0P=) و LDH (001/0P=) شد. اما این تغییرات بین دو گروه تفاوت معناداری نداشت (05/0P≥). بهنظر میرسد مصرف 6 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم کافئین قبل از فعالیت مقاومتی نمیتواند موجب کاهش شاخصهای آسیب عضلانی در خون شود.

رابطۀ بین ویژگیهای آنتروپومتریک و قابلیتهای فیزیولوژیک فوتبالیستهای نوجوان آماتور
هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی ارتباط میان برخی شاخصهای آنتروپومتری و آزمونهای فیزیولوژیک (آمادگی جسمانی) بازیکنان فوتبال پایه است.
تحقیق حاضر توصیفی- مقایسهای و از نوع میدانی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش را نونهالان فوتبالیست پسر 9 تا 13ساله که داوطلب حضور در پایگاههای اوقات فراغت تابستانی سازمان ورزش بسیج در مراکز استانها بودند، تشکیل میدادند. نمونۀ آماری شامل 153 نفر با میانگین سنی 2/1± 7/11 سال، وزن 3/9± 9/40 کیلوگرم و قد 2/9± 5/147 سانتیمتر بود. برای اندازهگیری متغیرهای پیکری براساس دستورالعمل انجمن بینالمللی پیشبرد پیکرسنجی (ISAK) عمل شد. در آزمونهای فیزیولوژیک از پرش سارجنت، چابکی ایلینویز و دو 540 متر استفاده شد. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخۀ 18 انجام گرفت. برای بررسی توزیع طبیعی دادهها از آزمون K-S و همچنین از آمارههای توصیفی و رگرسیون در سطح معناداری 05/0 ˂P استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد چربی بدن (8/2t=؛ 00/0P=)، (8/2t=؛ 00/0p=)، شاخص بالیدگی (7/2t=؛ 00/0p=) و جزء اندومورفی (47/0-t=؛ 00/0p=) می توانند به شکل معنی داری توان بی هوازی را پیش بینی کنند. همچنین قد (7/2-t=؛ 00/0p=)، وزن (3/2t=؛ 02/0 p=)، چربی بدن (9/3-t=؛ 00/0p=)، شاخص بالیدگی (5/3-t=؛ 00/0p=)، جزء اندومورفی (3/4t=؛ 00/0p=)، و جزء اکتومورفی (4/2t=؛ 00/0p=)، می توانند به شکل معناداری توان هوازی را پیشبینی کنند. میان چابکی و متغیرهای آنتروپومتری ارتباط معنی داری مشاهده نشد.

تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین تناوبی با شدت بالا (HIIT) بر بیان ژنPGC-1α در عضلات کند و تند انقباض رتهای نر سالم
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین تأثیر اجرای HIIT بر بیان ژن PGC-1α در عضلات کند و تند انقباض رتهای نر سالم بود. به همین منظور 12 سر رت نر ویستار به دو گروه کنترل (6=n) و تمرین (6=n) تقسیم شدند. تمرین تناوبی شدید شامل پنج روز و در مجموع هشت هفته بود که از سه تناوب (چهار دقیقه با شدت 90 تا 100 درصد VO2max و دو دقیقه با شدت 50 تا 60 درصد VO2max) تشکیل شد. 24 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسۀ تمرین، عضلۀ بازکنندۀ طویل انگشتان (EDL) و نعلی استخراج و میزان بیان متغیرهای مربوط به روش RT-PCR سنجیده شد. نتایج نشان داد اجرای HIIT موجب افزایش معنادار بیان ژنPGC-1α در هر دو نوع عضلات گروه تمرین شد ( 004/0P= و 001/0 P=). با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش حاضر، اجرای HIIT موجب افزایش PGC-1α و افزایش ظرفیت اکسایشی در عضلات SOL و EDL میشود.

فاکتور نوروتروفیک مشتق از مغز (BDNF) که از نظر ساختاری شبیه فاکتور رشد عصبی است، در قسمت هیپوکامپ تولید میشود و یکی از فاکتورهایی است که در دوران سالمندی در اثر فقدان فعالیت کاهش مییابد. کاهش BDNF بر حافظه، یادگیری و شناخت، ، جذب غذا و متابولیسم انرژی تأثیر میگذارد و سبب اختلال رفتاری میشود؛ با فعالیت ورزشی میتوان این کمبود را جبران و حتی از بروز آلزایمر جلوگیری کرد. هدف از اجرای این پژوهش، بررسی اثر تمرینات پیلاتس بر سطح BDNF سرم در مردان سالمند بود. برای این منظور20 مرد سالمند بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه تجربی و کنترل با میانگین سنی (گروه کنترل 67/2±65 سال، گروه تجربی 62/2±64 سال) و میانگین وزن (گروه کنترل 59/3±73 کیلوگرم، گروه تجربی 54/3±71 کیلوگرم) تقسیم شدند. از کلیۀ آزمودنیها 24 ساعت قبل از شروع تمرینات و 24 ساعت پس از پایان دورۀ تمرینی، بهصورت ناشتا خونگیری بهعمل آمد. سپس گروه تجربی به مدت 12 هفته (هر هفته 5 جلسه و هر جلسه به مدت 60 دقیقه) برنامۀ ورزشی پیلاتس را دریافت کردند. درحالیکه گروه کنترل هیچ مداخلهای دریافت نکردند و تنها پیگیری شدند. بهمنظور مقایسۀ درونگروهی از آزمون آماری t همبسته و برای مقایسۀ بینگروهی از t مستقل استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد که سطوح BDNF سرم در گروه تجربی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل بهطور معناداری افزایش یافت (05/0>P). نتایج این تحقیق نشان میدهد که تمرینات پیلاتس بهعنوان یک روش ایمن و مؤثر، سبب افزایش سطوح BDNF سرم مردان سالمند میشود. بنابراین، با توجه به اینکه BDNF در دوران سالمندی بر اثر بیتحرکی کاهش مییابد، میتوان کمبود آن را با اجرای تمرینات کمهزینه و بیخطر پیلاتس جبران کرد.
