The subjects of this study, 24 futsal players of Isfahan Province League with an average age of 26.08 ± 2.34 years and a height of 179.03 ± 3.58 cm, were randomly divided into three homogeneous groups (soft foam, hard foam, control). Initially, the subjects performed exhausting exercise, Then the soft foam and hard foam groups did the recovery protocol. And the control group rested. The enzymes were measured in four steps (baseline, immediately after exercise, immediately after recovery, and 24 hours after exercise). Although the activity of all the enzymes in the present study decreased significantly after recovery in both soft foam and hard foam groups, no significant difference was observed between these two groups in the changes of these indicators (p> 0.05). but, all changes in enzymes except lactate dehydrogenase within 24 hours after exercise were significant for both soft foam and hard foam compared to the control group (p≤0 / 0001). As a result, according to the findings of the present study, the physiological effect of these two types of rolling foam is very close. Also, the use of active recovery method using rolling foam compared to inactive recovery has reduced the indicators of muscle damage more and more. And it will get athletes back to basics faster.}, keywords = {Alanine aminotransferase,Aspartate aminotransferase,Creatine Kinase,Futsal,Foam Roll}, title_fa = {پاسخ آنزیم‌های کراتین کیناز، لاکتات دهیدروژناز،آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز و آلانین آمینوترانسفراز نسبت به ریکاوری با دو نوع فوم غلتان پس از یک جلسه تمرین وامانده‌ساز در مردان فوتسالیست}, abstract_fa = {هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی میزان تغییرات آنزیم‌های کراتین کیناز لاکتات دهیدروژناز آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز و آلانین آمینوترانسفراز نسبت به ریکاوری با دو نوع فوم غلتان پس از یک جلسه تمرین وامانده‌ساز در مردان فوتسالیست بود. آزمودنی‌ها 24 نفر از بازیکنان فوتسال لیگ اصفهان با میانگین سنی 34/2 ±08/26سال و قد 58/3± 03/179سانتی‌متر بودند که به‌طور تصادفی به سه گروه (فوم نرم، فوم سخت، کنترل) تقسیم شدند. آزمودنی‌ها، تمرین وامانده‌ساز را انجام دادند، سپس گروه فوم نرم و فوم سخت پروتکل ریکاوری را به مدت ده دقیقه و با تناوب 45 ثانیه فشار بر روی عضله و15 ثانیه استراحت انجام دادند و گروه کنترل طی این مدت به استراحت پرداختند. آنزیم‌های موردنظر طی چهار مرحله (حالت پایه، بلافاصله پس از ورزش، بلافاصله پس از ریکاوری و 24 ساعت پس از تمرین) اندازه‌گیری شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون شاپیروویلک و لوین و موخلی در سطح معناداری (05/0>P) تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد با اینکه فعالیت تمام آنزیم‌های پژوهش حاضر پس از انجام ریکاوری در هر دو گروه فوم نرم و فوم سخت به‌طور معناداری کاهش یافت، اما در تغییرات این شاخص‌ها بین دو گروه فوم نرم و فوم سخت تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد (05/0>P). تمام تغییرات آنزیم‌ها به استثنای لاکتات دهیدروژناز در 24 ساعت پس از ورزش برای هر دو گروه فوم نرم و فوم سخت نسبت به گروه کنترل معنادار بود (001/0>P). استفاده از روش ریکاوری فعال با استفاده از فوم غلتان در مقایسه با ریکاوری غیرفعال سبب کاهش هرچه بیشتر شاخص‌های آسیب عضلانی و برگشت سریع‌تر ورزشکاران به حالت پایه خواهد شد.}, keywords_fa = {Alanine aminotransferase,Aspartate aminotransferase,Creatine Kinase,Futsal,Foam Roll}, url = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_80316.html}, eprint = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_80316_7823561f57defd1d6c6396782ee23a66.pdf} }
