We decided to do this research in order to investigation the effects of 6-weeks aerobic training in hypoxic condition vs normoxic condition on resting Nesfati-1 and insulin resistance in overweight women. Material and methods: Twenty-four overweight young women (age: 28.25±3.7 yrs. height: 161.8±3.01 cm, weight: 78.64±7.18) were selected and randomly assigned into two experimental groups: hypoxia group (n= 12, 60% of HRmax, in hypoxic condition resembling of 3000 m altitude) and normoxy group (n= 12, 60% of HRmax, in normoxy condition). Training program was consisted of 6 weeks and 3 sessions per week. Anthropometric characteristic, glucose concentration, insulin concentration, insulin resistance and Nesfatin-1 plasma concentration were analyzed before and after training period. Dependent and independent t-test were used as statistical tests. Results: Between group differences in weight (p=0.16), BMI (p=0.19) and glucose (p=0.23) was not significant, but for fat percent (p=0.02), waist circumference (p=0.03), insulin (p=0.001), HOMA-IR (p=0.001) and Nefatin-1 (p=0.002) were significant. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that aerobic exercise in hypoxic condition led to higher increase in Nesfatin-1 in comparison with normoxy condition. Presumably improvement in body composition and insulin resistance index are related to Nestin-1 changes and resulting appetite and energy demand decrement}, keywords = {Adipokine,appetite,overweight,Aerobic training,Normobaric Hypoxia}, title_fa = {تاثیر 6 هفته تمرین هوازی در شرایط هایپوکسی بر سطوح استراحتی نسفاتین-1 و مقاومت به انسولین زنان دارای اضافه وزن}, abstract_fa = {با توجه به نقش نسفاتین-1 به‌عنوان پپتید کاهنده اشتها و همچنین کاهش انرژی دریافتی هنگام قرار گرفتن در معرض ارتفاع بالا تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر 6 هفته تمرین هوازی در شرایط هایپوکسی بر سطوح استراحتی نسفاتین-1 و مقاومت به انسولین زنان دارای اضافه‌وزن طراحی شد. تعداد 24 زن جوان دارای اضافه‌وزن (سن 7/3±25/28 سال، قد 01/3±8/161 سانتی‌متر، وزن 18/7±64/78 کیلوگرم) انتخاب و به دو گروه (تعداد: 12 نفر، فعالیت 60 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه در شرایط هایپوکسی 3000 متر) و نورموکسی (تعداد: 12 نفر، فعالیت 60 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه در شرایط نورموکسی) تقسیم شدند. دوره تمرین 6 هفته و به صورت 3 جلسه در هفته بود. ویژگی‌های آنتروپومتریک، گلوکز، انسولین، مقاومت به انسولین و نسفاتین-ا آزمودنی‌های قبل و بعد از دوره تمرینی اندازه‌گیری شد از تی-مستقل و وابسته برای تحلیل آماری استفاده شد... بر اساس نتایج تحلیل آماری تفاوت‌های بین گروهی وزن (16/0=P)، شاخص توده بدن (19/0=P) و گلوکز (23/0=P) معنی‌دار نبود، اما تغییرات درصد چربی (02/0=P) و دور کمر (03/0=P) انسولین (001/0=P)، مقاومت به انسولین (001/0=P) و نسفاتین-1 (002/0=P) معنی‌دار بود. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که تمرین هوازی با شدت متوسط در شرایط هایپوکسی منجر به تغییرات بیشتری در نسفاتین-1 نسبت به فعالیت در شرایط نورموکسی می‌شود. احتمال می‌رود بهبود ترکیب بدن و شاخص مقاومت به انسولین با تغییرات نسفاتین-1 و کاهش اشتها و غذای دریافتی ناشی از آن مرتبط باشد.}, keywords_fa = {آدیپوکاین,اشتها,اضافه‌وزن,تمرین هوازی,نورموباریک هایپوکسی}, url = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_75177.html}, eprint = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_75177_9ae1b8e3dd410278e6c580d8f9c8d6e0.pdf} }
