The role of this cation receptor is known at pain. New reports suggest that TRPV1 plays a role in other processes and researchers are studying the effect of this receptor on exercise pressure reflex (EPR) and cardiovascular response in some diseases.  In this experimental study, the aim of this study was to find an appropriate answer to perceive the effect of moderate continuous training on the expression of TRPV1 protein in soleus muscle. 16 male Wistar rats (weight: 200-220 gr) were randomly assigned to 2 groups: training and control. The training group performed 6 weeks (5 sessions per week) of moderate continuous training. The control group did not have any training but there was no difference between these groups in all conditions. The rats were anesthetized, sacrificed and their required tissues were extracted by standard procedures. The results of independent t test derived from Western Blotting laboratory findings for TRPV1 receptor protein expression showed a significant increase (P=0.033) in the expression of this receptor in soleus muscle in the training group compared with the control group. These results show that sensory nerves are adapted to training with an increase in TRPV1 receptor protein expression.}, keywords = {Continuous training,soleus muscle,vanilloid receptor 1}, title_fa = {تأثیر تمرینات تداومی با شدت متوسط بر بیان پروتئین گیرندۀ وانیلوئیدی نوع 1 در عضلات کندانقباض رت‌های نژاد ویستار}, abstract_fa = {گیرندۀ وانیلوئیدی نوع 1  (TRPV1) از گیرنده‌های مربوط به درد در دستگاه حسی است که به‌وسیلۀ کپسایسین،گرما، اسیدیته و برخی متابولیک‌ها فعال می‌شود. نقش این گیرندۀ کاتیونی در ایجاد درد شناخته شده است. گزارش‌های جدید از نقش TRPV1 در اعمال دیگر نیز حکایت دارد و تأثیر این گیرنده در رفلکس فشار ورزشی و پاسخ قلبی- عروقی در برخی بیماری‌ها در حال بررسی است. این تحقیق با روش تجربی و با هدف رسیدن به پاسخی مناسب برای درک تأثیر تمرینات تداومی با شدت متوسط بر بیان پروتئین TRPV1 در عضلۀ نعلی طرح شد. بدین‌منظور 16 سر رت نر نژاد ویستار با وزن 220-200 گرم، در دو گروه، شامل یک گروه تمرین و یک گروه کنترل، به‌صورت تصادفی قرار گرفتند. گروه تمرین 6 هفته و هر هفته 5 جلسه تمرین مداوم با شدت متوسط انجام دادند و در مقایسه با گروه کنترل که در تمام شرایط مشابه گروه تمرین بود ولی هیچ تمرین ورزشی انجام نمی‌دادند، بررسی شدند. رت‌ها توسط اصول استاندارد بی‌هوش، قربانی و بافت‌های موردنظر استخراج شد. یافته‌های آماری از خروجی آزمون t مستقل مستخرج از یافته‌های آزمایشگاهی وسترن بلاتینگ برای مقادیر بیان پروتئین گیرندۀ TRPV1 نشان داد که در گروه تمرین افزایش معنا‌داری (033/0P=) در بیان این گیرنده نسبت به گروه کنترل در عضلۀ نعلی به‌وجود آمده است. این نتایج نشان می‌دهند با افزایش در بیان پروتئین گیرنده TRPV1، اعصاب حسی نسبت به تمرینات ورزشی سازگاری پیدا می‌کنند}, keywords_fa = {تمرین تداومی,عضلۀ نعلی,گیرندۀ وانیلوئیدی نوع 1}, url = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_71622.html}, eprint = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_71622_ad6f0f19496410792b7a234f99ce748b.pdf} }
