Then, In semi experimental research, 40diabetic women with heart failure in 45 to 65 years old range with mean and standard deviation on Basal metabolic rate (BMI) of: 33±2/15 and Fasting blood sugar (FBS) more than 125 mg/dl voluntarily participated in this study and assigned to one of three groups: control (n=16), aquatic (n=16) and land exercise (n=8) groups. Aquatic exercises were carried out three sessions a week for 12 weeks, each session lasting 60 minutes with intensity of 5-8 in RPE Borg classification and land exercises were performed aerobic and resistance exercises with similar intensity. Patients in the control group continued their normal daily living activities. Blood sampling was gathered 48 h before and after training protocol for evaluating dependent variables. The obtained data were analyzed using One-way ANOVA, Kruskal-wallis and post hoc Tukey tests at the significant level α<0/05. The result showed significant increase in ALB (p=0/000) and NO (p=0/006) and significant decrease in FBS (p=0/002) in experimental groups in comparison with control group. There were significant decrease in TG (p=0/005) and LDL (p=0/016) only in aquatic group. The results showed that aerobic exercises especially in water as a safe and effective exercise Method could be helpful in improving complications of diabetic females with heart failures.}, keywords = {Aquatic Exercise,Cardiovascular Risk Factors,Diabetes mellitus,Heart failure}, title_fa = {تأثیر دوازده هفته تمرین در آب و خشکی بر نیتریک اکساید سرمی و شاخص‌های خطرزای قلبی زنان دیابتی دارای نارسایی قلبی}, abstract_fa = {هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر دوازده هفته تمرین در آب و خشکی بر نیتریک اکساید سرمی و برخی شاخص‌های خطر قلبی زنان دیابتی مبتلا به نارسایی قلبی است. ازاین‌رو در طرح تحقیقی نیمه‌تجربی از بین زنان دیابتی 45 تا 65 ساله 40 نفر با میانگین و انحراف استاندارد شاخص تودۀ بدنی 15/2 ±33 و قند خون ناشتا بالای 125 به‌صورت داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند و در یکی از سه گروه تمرین در آب (16=n)، تمرین در خشکی (8=n) و گروه کنترل (16=n) قرار گرفتند. گروه تمرین در آب 3 جلسه در هفته به مدت 12 هفته تمرینات داخل آب را با شدت درک فشار 8-5 و گروه تمرین در خشکی فعالیت‌های هوازی و مقاومتی را با شدت مشابه به مدت 60 دقیقه اجرا کردند. گروه کنترل روند طبیعی فعالیت‌های روزمره را دنبال کردند. شاخص‌های دیابتی و خطرزای قلبی 48 ساعت قبل و بعد از تمرین از آزمودنی‌ها اخذ شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون آنوای یکراهه، کروسکال والیس و آزمون تعقیبی توکی در سطح معنا‌داری 05/0=α استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق افزایش معنا‌دار ALB (000/0=P) و  NO(006/0=P) و کاهش معنا‌دار  FBS(002/0=P) را در دو گروه تمرین در آب و خشکی نشان داد. در شاخص‌های TG (005/0=P)، LDL (016/0=P) تنها در گروه تمرین در آب کاهش معنا‌داری مشاهده شد. تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که انجام فعالیت‌های هوازی به‌ویژه در داخل آب به‌عنوان روش ایمن و مؤثر می‌تواند در بهبود عارضۀ بیماران مبتلا به دیابت تأثیرگذار باشد.}, keywords_fa = {Aquatic Exercise,Cardiovascular Risk Factors,Diabetes mellitus,Heart failure}, url = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_70271.html}, eprint = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_70271_43fb2b43b8166f7ce99cbcff89dea4a6.pdf} }
