Interval training group performed the program for six weeks, 5 sessions a week, each session 30 minutes at a speed of 15-70 m/min. The rats in hypobaric hypoxia group lived in rodent hypoxia chamber from week 7 to week 9 after the end of the training period. ELISA kit was used to measure the levels of lung SP-A. The data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA at P≤0.05. The results showed that SP-A levels increased significantly in the 6 week training group compared with the control group while the SP-A levels in the hypoxia group significantly decreased compared with the control and training groups. Regarding the significant reduction of SP-A levels in the hypobaric hypoxia group, it seems that the interval hypoxia induced adaptation has been properly able to inhibit the pathophysiologic effects of high intensity interval training, to improve inflammatory markers and lung cell injury and strengthen lung immune system, which requires further research in this field.}, keywords = {hypoxia,Immune system,respiratory system,SP-A,Training}, title_fa = {تأثیر هیپوباریک ‌هایپوکسی متعاقب شش هفته تمرین اینتروال فزاینده بر سطوح سرفکتانت پروتئینA ریوی رت‌های نر ویستار}, abstract_fa = {هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر هیپوباریک ‌هایپوکسی متعاقب شش هفته تمرین اینتروال فزاینده بر سطوح سرفکتانت پروتئین A ریوی رت‌های نر ویستار بود. بدین منظور 20 سر رت سه‌هفته‌ای با میانگین وزن 9±68 گرم پس از دو هفته آشنایی با محیط به‌طور تصادفی به چهار گروه کنترل 6 هفته )5(n=، کنترل 9 هفته )5(n=، تمرین6 هفته) 5 (n=و گروه تمرین + هیپوباریک هیپوکسی (5 (n=تقسیم شدند. گروه تمرین اینتروال به مدت شش هفته، 5 جلسه در هفته، هر جلسه 30 دقیقه با سرعت 15 تا 70 متر بر دقیقه به تمرین پرداختند. همچنین رت‌ها‌ی گروه هیپوباریک هیپوکسی از هفتۀ هفتم تا نهم پس از پایان دورۀ تمرین، در اتاقک هیپوکسی ویژۀ جوندگان زندگی کردند. اندازه‌گیری سطوح SP-A ریه با استفاده از کیت به روش الایزا انجام گرفت. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه در سطح 05/0  P≤انجام گرفت. یافتهها نشان داد سطوح SP-A گروه تمرین شش هفته در مقایسه با گروه کنترل به‌طور معنا‌دار افزایش یافت درحالی‌که سطوح SP-A گروه هیپوکسی در مقایسه با گروه تمرین و کنترل به‌طور معنا‌داری کاهش یافت. با توجه به کاهش معنا‌دار سطوح SP-A در گروه هیپوباریک هیپوکسی، به‌نظر می‌رسد سازگاری حاصل از هیپوکسی متناوب به‌خوبی توانسته است اثرات پاتوفیزیولوژیکی تمرین تناوبی فزاینده را مهار کند و شاخص‌های التهابی و آسیب سلول‌های ریوی را بهبود دهد و موجب تقویت سیستم ایمنی ریه شود که نیازمند بررسی‌‌های بیشتر در این زمینه است.}, keywords_fa = {تمرین,دستگاه تنفسی,سیستم ایمنی,کمبود اکسیژن,SP-A}, url = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_69453.html}, eprint = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_69453_303de013f2c6e6e3ccc8345ca0137528.pdf} }
