Simultaneously, EMG activity of the rectus femoris, vastus lateralis and biceps femoris muscles was registered in MVIC test and concentric phase of vertical jump. Then, maximum muscle activity and RMS/MVC ratio index was derived from EMG data. The results showed that vertical jump, the maximum muscle activity and RMS/MVC ratio significantly increased after negative and power-strength half squatting protocols compared with the control group (P≤0.05). Furthermore, negative half squatting protocol had more increase than power-strength half squatting (P≤0.05). So the special warm-up including half squatting with supra-maximal and close to the maximum intensities can improve vertical jump performance compared with the usual warm-up.}, keywords = {Electromyography,negative resistance activity,postactivation potentiation,power-strength resistance activity,power-velocity resistance activity}, title_fa = {اثر حاد نوع و شدت انقباض‌ پویا بر شاخص‌های عملکردی و برخی متغیر‌های الکترومایوگرافی پرش عمودی ورزشکاران دوومیدانی}, abstract_fa = {  هدف از این پژوهش مطالعۀ اثر زودگذر نوع و شدت انقباضهای پویا بر برخی متغیرهای الکترومایوگرافی و عملکردی ورزشکاران حرفهای دوومیدانی بود. آزمودنیها 9 نفر بودند که در چهار روز متفاوت و بهصورت تصادفی، یکی از چهار پروتکل گرم کردن معمول (گروه کنترل)، گرم کردن و اجرای یک وهلۀ 4 تکراری نیم‌چمباتمۀ فعالیت منفی (120 درصد 1RM)، گرم کردن و اجرای یک وهلۀ 6 تکراری نیم‌چمباتمۀ فعالیت توانی– قدرتی (80 درصد 1RM) و گرم کردن و اجرای یک وهلۀ 12 تکراری نیم‌چمباتمۀ فعالیت توانی– سرعتی (40 درصد 1RM) را اجرا کردند. 7 دقیقه پس از اجرای هر پروتکل، از آزمودنیها آزمون حداکثر انقباض ایزومتریک ارادی (MVIC) و پرش عمودی به‌عمل آمد و همزمان فعالیت الکترومایوگرافی عضلۀ راست رانی، پهن خارجی و دوسر رانی در آزمون MVIC و مرحلۀ درونگرای پرش عمودی به ثبت رسید و سپس شاخص حداکثر فعالیت عضله و نسبت RMS/MVIC از آن استخراج شد. نتایج نشان داد ارتفاع پرش عمودی، حداکثر فعالیت عضله و نسبت RMS/MVIC پس از انجام پروتکلهای نیم‌چمباتمۀ فعالیت منفی و توانی– قدرتی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل با افزایش معناداری همراه بود (05/0P≤). همچنین پروتکل فعالیت منفی در مقایسه با پروتکل توانی- قدرتی از افزایش بیشتری برخوردار بود (05/0P≤)؛ بنابراین، استفاده از گرم کردن ویژه، شامل نیم‌چمباتمه با شدتهای فوق‌بیشینه و نزدیک به بیشینه نسبت به گرم کردن معمول میتواند عملکرد پرش عمودی متعاقب را بهبود بخشد.}, keywords_fa = {الکترومایوگرافی,فعالیت مقاومتی منفی,فعالیت مقاومتی توانی- قدرتی,فعالیت مقاومتی توانی- سرعتی,postactivation potentiation}, url = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_63459.html}, eprint = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_63459_4d08b4c258dc2f364e70c14a22738ad4.pdf} }
