HIIT-1 included 3 sessions a week with four 1-min. intervals, and 4 min. of rest and HIIT-2 included four 30-sec. intervals with 2 min. of rest. Respiratory gasses were collected one day before and after the training in a fasting state for laboratory analysis. Independent t test was used to analyze intergroup changes while dependent t test was applied for intra-group analysis. The results showed that HIIT decreased 9% of carbohydrate consumption and increased 43% of fat consumption, when Bruce test was conducted in HIIT-1. These changes were significant compared with HIIT-2. The changes of weight and body fat percentage were significant only in the HIIT-1. According to these results, 6 sessions of HIIT relatively improved fat oxidation and glycogen storage.}, keywords = {carbohydrate oxidation,Fat oxidation,high intensity interval training,overweight young men}, title_fa = {تأثیر اجرای دو نوع تمرین تناوبی خیلی شدید (HIIT) بر اکسیداسیون چربی و کربوهیدرات در مردان جوان دارای اضافه وزن}, abstract_fa = {  هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر دو هفته تمرین تناوبی شدید (HIIT)  بر اکسیداسیون چربی و کربوهیدرات مردان جوان دارای اضافه وزن بود. به این منظور، 16 مرد جوان غیرفعال دارای اضافه وزن داوطلبانه در این پژوهش شرکت کردند و بهطور تصادفی به دو گروه تجربی HIIT-1، با BMI معادل 6/2±54/26، و گروه HIIT-2 با BMI 29/2 ±32/26 تقسیم شدند. HIIT-1 شامل سه جلسه در هفته، چهار تناوب یک‌دقیقه‌ای با چهار دقیقه استراحت و HIIT-2 شامل چهار تناوب 30 ثانیه‌ای با دو دقیقه استراحت بود. گازهای تنفسی یک روز قبل و بعد از تمرین، به‌صورت ناشتا برای انجام تجزیه‌وتحلیل‌های آزمایشگاهی جمع‌آوری شد. از آزمون‌ آماری t مستقل برای بررسی تغییرات بین‌گروهی و از  tوابسته برای بررسی تغییرات درون‌گروهی استفاده شد. تمرینات HIIT موجب کاهش 9 درصدی استفاده از کربوهیدرات و افزایش 43 درصدی استفاده از چربی به‌هنگام تست بروس در گروه HIIT-1 شد. این تغییرات نسبت به گروهHIIT-2  معنادار بود. تغییرات وزن و درصد چربی بدن تنها در گروه  HIIT-1معنادار بود. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر، اجرای شش جلسه HIIT به بهبود نسبی اکسیداسیون چربی و ذخیرۀ گلیکوژن منجر میشود.}, keywords_fa = {carbohydrate oxidation,Fat oxidation,high intensity interval training,overweight young men}, url = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_63300.html}, eprint = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_63300_aa6caee993ad287e6ba61311e26bd756.pdf} }
