The aim of the present study was to investigate the acute response of fatigue indices to one session of isometric exercise with different intensities with/without blood flow restriction. 10 male healthy students (mean age: 24.9±2.5 years) participated in this study. The study protocol consisted of six 10-second isometric contractions and a 60-second rest interval between each two contractions. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to assess normality of the data and ANOVA test with repeated measures was used to detect significant changes in MPF, blood lactate, Borg index and MVC difference before and after the protocol among the three sessions .All the indices in session 2 were significantly different compared with other sessions but there were no significant differences between session 1 and 3. Results showed that isometric exercise with blood flow restriction can cause more fatigue than similar exercise with the same load without blood flow restriction. Fatigue indices in isometric exercise with 65% MVC with blood flow restriction were similar to isometric exercise with 100% MVC without blood flow restriction.}, keywords = {Borg Fatigue Scale,EMG,lactate,MPF}, title_fa = {پاسخ حاد شاخص‌های خستگی به یک جلسه فعالیت ایزومتریک با شدت‌های مختلف با و بدون کاهش جریان خون}, abstract_fa = { ایجاد خستگی در تمرینات مقاومتی شاخص مهمی برای افزایش حجم و قدرت عضلانی است. بنابراین این تحقیق با هدف بررسی پاسخ حاد شاخص‌های خستگی به یک جلسه فعالیت ایزومتریک با شدت‌های مختلف با و بدون کاهش جریان خون طراحی شد. آزمودنی‌ها 10 دانشجوی پسر سالم با میانگین سن 5/2±9/24 سال بودند. پروتکل تحقیق شامل 6 انقباض ایزومتریک 10 ثانیه‌ای با 60 ثانیه استراحت بین انقباض‌ها بود. از آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف به‌منظور تشخیص نرمال بودن داده‌ها و از آزمون تحلیل واریانس مکرر دوطرفه برای تشخیص معناداری بودن تغییرات MPF، لاکتات خون، مقیاس بورگ، اختلاف MVC قبل و بعد از فعالیت بین 3 جلسه استفاده شد. کلیۀ این شاخص‌ها در جلسۀ دوم با دو جلسه تفاوت معنادار داشت، اما اختلاف معناداری بین جلسات اول و سوم وجود نداشت. نتایج نشان داد انجام فعالیت ایزومتریک همراه با کاهش جریان خون نسبت به انجام همان فعالیت و با بار یکسان اما بدون کاهش جریان خون می‌تواند موجب خستگی بیشتر شود. همچنین شاخص‌های خستگی در فعالیت ایزومتریک با 65 درصد MVC همراه با کاهش جریان خون برابر با فعالیت ایزومتریک با 100 درصد MVC بدون کاهش جریان خون است.}, keywords_fa = {Borg Fatigue Scale,EMG,lactate,MPF}, url = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_59111.html}, eprint = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_59111_24bab998613617d02c381670a66e8408.pdf} }
