The subjects were divided into 2 groups: the obese group (n=15, mean age 23 yr, height 173 cm, weight 98 kg, body fat percent 28.6%) and non-obese group (n=15, mean age 21 yr, height 177 cm, weight 69 kg, body fat percent 12.5%). Both groups received aerobic interval training protocol for 8 weeks, 3 sessions per week, each session 90 minutes including 10 minutes of warm-up, 5 sets of 9-min running with 60-70% MHR, 4 minutes of passive recovery and 5-10 minutes of cooling down. The subjects’ blood samples were collected before and after the protocol to evaluate the levels of IgA, IgG and IgM. To compare the intra-group differences, dependent t test was used and independent t test was applied to compare inter-group differences at significance level of (P≤0.05). The results showed that 8 weeks of aerobic interval training with 60-70% MHR equally decreased IgG, IgM and IgA in both groups without any differences. The aerobic interval training did not induce a different effect in both groups. Consequently, the duration of this study might not be so sufficient that a suitable adaptation could not be reached and therefore training duration, training intensity and the primary levels of activity of participants can affect the results of study.}, keywords = {Immune system,Immunoglobulin,interval training,Obesity}, title_fa = {تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین هوازی تناوبی بر سطوح ایمونوگلوبولین A،G وM پلاسمای مردان چاق و طبیعی}, abstract_fa = {این پژوهش نشان داد که هشت هفته برنامۀ تناوبی هوازی با  شدت 60 تا70 درصد حداکثر ضربان قلب، به‌طور یکسان موجب کاهش IgA,IgM,IgG گروه چاق و گروه طبیعی شد، و تفاوتی از این نظر بین بین دو گروه چاق و طبیعی مشاهده نشد و فعالیت تناوبی هوازی تأثیر متفاوتی در گروه چاق و طبیعی ایجاد نکرد. در نتیجه احتمالاً مدت زمان پژوهش آنقدر کافی نبود تا سازگاری مناسب حاصل شود، بنابراین مدت زمان تمرین، شدت تمرین و سطح فعالیت اولیۀ شرکت‌کنندگان می‌تواند بر نتایج پژوهش تأثیر بگذارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر تمرینات متناوب هوازی بر سطوح ایمونوگلوبولین‌های پلاسمای30 مرد جوان چاق و طبیعی بود که به‌صورت در دسترس به دو گروه چاق (15= n)(با میانگین سنی23 سال، قد 173 سانتی‌متر، وزن 98 کیلوگرم و درصد چربی 6/28 درصد) و طبیعی (15=n)( با میانگین سنی 21 سال، قد 177 سانتی‌متر، وزن 69 کیلوگرم و درصد چربی 5/12درصد) تقسیم شدند. برنامۀ تمرینی تناوبی هوازی به مدت 8 هفته، 3 جلسه در هفته و هر جلسه 90 دقیقه شامل 10دقیقه گرم کردن، 5 مرحلۀ 9 دقیقه‌ای دویدن با شدت 60 تا 70 درصد حداکثر ضربان قلب همراه با چهار دقیقه ریکاوری غیرفعال و 5 تا 10دقیقه سرد کردن به اجرا درآمد. نمونه‌های خون آزمودنی‌ها به‌منظور اندازه‌گیری سطوح ایمونوگلوبولین A,M,G، پیش و پس از برنامۀ تمرینی گرفته شد. برای مقایسۀ تفاوت‌های درون‌گروهی از روش آماری t وابسته و مقایسۀ تفاوت‌های بین‌گروهی از روش آماری t مستقل استفاده شد. همچنین داده‌ها در سطح معناداری 05/0 P≤ تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل شد.}, keywords_fa = {ایمونوگلوبین,تمرین تناوبی,چاقی,سیستم ایمنی}, url = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_59097.html}, eprint = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_59097_0b43bed6489fc7d0ae14ead153dc3f99.pdf} }
