Subjects in VE group performed a training protocol 3 times per week at the intensity of 65 to 80% of maximal heart rate and daily consumed 400 IU vitamin E at lunch for 4 weeks. Subjects in V group did not perform any exercise training. Data analysis revealed that adiponectin concentration significantly reduced similarly in all three groups (P<0.05); however, no significant differences were found among the groups (P>0.05). Intra-group and intergroup comparisons for insulin concentration and insulin resistance index showed no significant differences in all groups (P>0.05). Although glucose concentration reduced significantly in all three groups, no significant differences were found among them.Therefore, it could be concluded that short-term combination of endurance training and vitamin E consumption does not influence adiponectin concentration and insulin resistance index in healthy women.}, keywords = {Adipokine,aerobic exercise,insulin,vitamin E}, title_fa = {تأثیر تعاملی تمرین استقامتی و مصرف ویتامین E بر سطوح آدیپونکتین و شاخص مقاومت انسولین در زنان غیرفعال}, abstract_fa = {هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی تأثیر تمرین استقامتی و مصرف ویتامین E بر غلظت آدیپونکتین و شاخص مقاومت انسولین بود. به این منظور 30 زن سالم غیرفعال (سن 7/3±8/24 سال، وزن 3/1± 3/60 کیلوگرم، قد 3/1±9/161سانتی‌متر) به سه گروه ورزش و ویتامین E (VE)، ویتامین E (V) و کنترل (C) تقسیم شدند. آزمودنی‌های گروه ورزش و ویتامین سه بار در هفته با شدت 65 تا 80 درصد حداکثر ضربان قلب تمرین کردند و مکمل ویتامین E را به مدت چهار هفته روزی IU 400 همراه با ناهار مصرف کردند. آزمودنیهای گروه ویتامین E هیچ‌گونه فعالیت ورزشی نداشتند. آنالیز آماری داده‌ها نشان داد که غلظت آدیپونکتین در هر سه گروه کاهش معنادار (05/0P<) مشابهی نشان داد، با این حال، بین سه گروه تفاوت معناداری (05/0P>) مشاهده نشد. مقایسۀ درون‌گروهی و بینگروهی برای غلظت انسولین و همچنین شاخص مقاومت انسولین در سه گروه تفاوت معناداری نشان نداد (05/0P>). اگرچه غلظت گلوکز در سه گروه کاهش معناداری داشت، بین سه گروه تفاوت معناداری یافت نشد. بنابراین میتوان نتیجه گرفت که ترکیب تمرین استقامتی و مصرف ویتامین E در کوتاه‌مدت تأثیری بر غلظت آدیپونکتین و شاخص مقاومت انسولین زنان سالم ندارد.}, keywords_fa = {آدیپوکاین,انسولین,فعالیت هوازی,ویتامین E}, url = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_58245.html}, eprint = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_58245_d3c7d1d2d405e8d484f695c02a5d117f.pdf} }
