The experimental group performed endurance training for 10 weeks, 3 sessions a week (with an intensity of 40-50% maximum heart rate for 20-25 minutes at the beginning of the training session, and with a gradual increase to 70-80% of maximum heart rate and 40-45 minutes in last sessions). The control group did not participate in training during the study. Blood samples were collected after 12 hours of fasting in pretest and posttest to evaluate the nesfatin-1, insulin and glucose levels. The obtained data were analyzed in SPSS 21 using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and independent and dependent t tests with αP<0.05). But the nesfatin-1 and insulin levels did not significantly change in this group (P>0.05). Pretest and posttest changes only in glucose levels were significant in the experimental group compared with the control group (P<0.05). In conclusion, training on a cycle ergometer is a non-drug treatment to reduce blood glucose and insulin resistance in diabetic patients.}, keywords = {Endurance training,insulin resistance,nesfatin-1,type 2 diabetes}, title_fa = {تأثیر 10 هفته تمرین استقامتی روی چرخ کارسنج بر سطوح نسفاتین- 1 و مقاومت به انسولین در زنان مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2}, abstract_fa = {هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر 10 هفته تمرین استقامتی بر سطوح نسفاتین-1 و مقاومت به انسولین زنان مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 بود. 16 زن مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی به دو گروه تجربی ( 8 نفر) و کنترل (8 نفر) تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی، تمرین استقامتی را به مدت 10 هفته، سه جلسه در هفته (با شدت 50-40 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه به مدت 25-20 دقیقه شروع و با افزایش تدریجی به 80-70 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه و مدت زمان 45-40 دقیقه در جلسات پایانی) انجام دادند. گروه کنترل در طول دورۀ پژوهش هیچ‌گونه فعالیت ورزشی نداشت. نمونه‌های خونی در حالت 12 ساعت ناشتایی و به‌منظور بررسی سطوح نسفاتین-1، انسولین و گلوکز در مراحل پیش و پس‌آزمون جمع‌آوری شدند. داده‌های حاصل با استفاده از آزمون‌های کولموگروف- اسمیرنوف، t مستقل و وابسته با نرم‌افزار Spss نسخۀ 21 در سطح معنا‌داری 05/0>α تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. 10 هفته تمرین روی چرخ کارسنج در گروه تجربی، سبب کاهش گلوکز و مقاومت به انسولین شد (05/0P<)، درحالی‌که سطوح نسفاتین-1 و انسولین تغییر معنا‌داری نکرد (05/0P>). تغییرات پیش تا پس‌آزمون فقط در مقادیر گلوکز گروه تجربی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل معنا‌دار بود (05/0P<). در نتیجه تمرین روی چرخ کارسنج یک شیوۀ درمانی غیردارویی به‌منظور کاهش گلوکز خون و مقاومت به انسولین در بیماران دیابتی است.}, keywords_fa = {Endurance training,insulin resistance,nesfatin-1,type 2 diabetes}, url = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_58244.html}, eprint = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_58244_7f6c8748e3ecd94a6aaa1079e3434abc.pdf} }
