The research method used was the case study with multiple base-lines for participants. The participants included two women with severe burns (age range of 20-30 years) in the “Accidents and Burns Hospital”. After determining the baseline, participants performed resistance training during 8 months of individual intervention and one month after this period, they were put under follow-up examinations for 2 consecutive months. The blood samples were collected under the fasting condition 24 hours after training at the end of each month. Based on the visual analysis, the resistance training in both participants caused changes (PND = 75% for the first participant in GH and 87.5% for the second participant, PND = 100% for both participants in IGF1 and PND = 62.5% for the first participant in insulin and 50% for the second participant). It seems that long-term resistance training can improve hormones and growth factor in patients with severe burns and consequently can expedite the treatment of the burns.}, keywords = {burn,case study research,growth factors,insulin,resistance training}, title_fa = {تأثیر تمرین مقاومتی بلندمدت بر عوامل رشدی و انسولین پلاسمایی دو بیمار مبتلا به سوختگی شدید}, abstract_fa = {هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر هشت ماه تمرین مقاومتی بر سطوحIGF1 , GH و انسولین پلاسمای افراد با سوختگی شدید بود. روش پژوهش از نوع مورد منفرد با طرح خط پایۀ چندگانۀ شرکت‌کنندگان بود. آزمودنی‌های این پژوهش دو زن با سوختگی شدید با میانگین سنی 20 تا30 سال در بیمارستان سوانح و سوختگی بودند، که پس از تعیین خط پایه، طی هشت ماه مداخلۀ انفرادی، تمرینات مقاومتی را انجام دادند و یک ماه پس از پایان مداخله به مدت دو ماه پی‌درپی تحت آزمون پیگیری قرار گرفتند. نمونه‌های خونی به‌صورت ناشتا و 24 ساعت پس از تمرینات در پایان هر ماه گرفته شد. تحلیل دیداری، تمرینات مقاومتی در هر دو آزمودنی موجب تغییر در  PND (75 درصد برای آزمودنی اول در GH و 5/87 درصد برای آزمودنی دوم) و PND در ( IGF1برای هر دو آزمودنی100 درصد) و PND (انسولین آزمودنی اول 5/62 درصد و در آزمودنی دوم50 درصد) شد. به‌نظر می‌رسد تمرین مقاومتی طولانی‌مدت موجب افزایش هورمون‌ها و عامل رشدی در افراد با سوختگی شدید شده و در نتیجه موجب تسریع در بهبود جراحت‌ها شود.}, keywords_fa = {انسولین,پژوهش مورد منفرد,تمرین مقاومتی,سوختگی,عوامل رشدی}, url = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_58231.html}, eprint = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_58231_9a3533f6b5bc2f945aa9c5396ea3698b.pdf} }
