The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of caffeine consumption (6mg/kg) following a session of resistance exercise on creatine kinase (CK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in active men. 20 male physical education students (age 21.22±1.25 years, height 175.13±6.88 cm, weight 69.22±7.10 kg and BMI 22.21±2.21 kg/m2) were randomly assigned to placebo (n=10) and caffeine (n=10) groups. One hour before resistance exercise, subjects received caffeine or placebo in a double-blind manner. Resistance exercise included a circuit exercise in 5 stations (each station 3 sets); each set was performed by 75% 1RM in 8 to 10 repetitions. Blood samples were collected before, immediately after, 24 and 48 hours after the exercise. The results showed a significant increase in enzyme levels of CK (P=0.013) and LDH (P=0.001). However, these changes were not different between the two groups (P≥0.05). It seems that caffeine (6mg/kg) consumption before resistance exercise cannot reduce muscle damage indexes in blood.  }, keywords = {caffeine,Creatine Kinase,Lactate Dehydrogenase,muscle damage,Resistance exercise}, title_fa = {تأثیر مصرف حاد کافئین بر کراتین کیناز و لاکتات دهیدروژناز پلاسما پس از یک جلسه فعالیت مقاومتی در مردان ورزشکار}, abstract_fa = {براساس برخی شواهد مصرف کافئین قبل از فعالیت ورزشی بر آسیب عضلانی بدن اثر می‌گذارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی مصرف 6 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم کافئین متعاقب یک جلسه فعالیت ورزشی مقاومتی بر کراتین کیناز (CK) و لاکتات دهیدروژناز (LDH) در مردان فعال بود. 20 دانشجوی پسر رشتۀ تربیت بدنی (سن 25/1±22/21 سال، قد 88/6±13/175 سانتی‌متر، وزن 10/7±22/69 کیلوگرم و شاخص تودة بدن 21/2±21/22 کیلوگرم بر متر مکعب، به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه دارونما (10n=) و کافئین (10n=) تقسیم شدند و یک ساعت پیش از فعالیت مقاومتی به‌صورت دوسوکور کافئین یا دارونما دریافت کردند. فعالیت مقاومتی شامل یک مرحله تمرین دایرهای در 5 ایستگاه و هر ایستگاه شامل 3 نوبت بود که هر نوبت با 75 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه در 8 تا 10 تکرار انجام گرفت. نمونههای خونی قبل از مصرف کافئین یا دارونما، بلافاصله پس از تمرین، 24 و 48 ساعت بعد از تمرین جمعآوری شد. نتایج نشان داد تمرین مقاومتی موجب افزایش معنادار سطوح آنزیمی CK (013/0P=) و LDH (001/0P=) شد. اما این تغییرات بین دو گروه تفاوت معناداری نداشت (05/0P≥). به‌نظر می‌رسد مصرف 6 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم کافئین قبل از فعالیت مقاومتی نمیتواند موجب کاهش شاخصهای آسیب عضلانی در خون شود.  }, keywords_fa = {caffeine,Creatine Kinase,Lactate Dehydrogenase,muscle damage,Resistance exercise}, url = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_57288.html}, eprint = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_57288_096ab3dab096d0b362c0d8b6231962d2.pdf} }
