For this purpose, 12 professional taekwondo players from national team (mean age 22+3 yr) participated in this study purposively. Anthropometric characteristics and aerobic capacity were estimated using an exhaustive aerobic treadmill protocol and anaerobic power was estimated by the RAST test. Subjects performed the stimulation protocol according with the Olympic weight style. Blood lactate and heart rate were measured with polar telemetry and Burg's RPE10 profile before the competition, at the end of each three rounds, at the end of the third round and in stimulation protocol with pads. One-way analysis of variance was used to compare the data mean.  No significant differences were observed between the two conditions of competition and simulation training in HR, LA and RPE (P>0.05). The stimulation protocol inserts a psychophysiological stress in line with real competitions on taekwondo players' performance; therefore, this protocol can replace preseason competitions before competitions when the incidence of injury is high.}, keywords = {blood lactate,design of simulation training,rating of perceived exertion,sports injury,taekwondo}, title_fa = {طراحی برنامۀ تمرین شبیه‌سازشدۀ مسابقات تکوا ندو بر پایۀ نیمرخ تغییرات تواتر ضربان قلب، سطح لاکتات خون و درک فشار کار}, abstract_fa = {وقوع آسیب‌های ورزشی در مسابقات تکواندو اغلب ناشی از برخوردهای فیزیکی هنگام مبارزه است. ازاین‌رو طراحی برنامۀ تمرین همسطح با فشار فیزیولوژیک یک مسابقۀ واقعی بر پایۀ تغییرات  ,RPE, HR,LA انجام گرفت تا ورزشکار به‌جای مبارزه با حریف، فنون را با «میت» اجرا کند. به این منظور دوازده تکواندوکار زبدۀ تیم ملی با میانگین سن 3±22 سال به‌صورت هدفمند در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. مشخصات آنتروپومتریک و ظرفیت عملی با استفاده از تست درمانده‌ساز هوازی روی تردمیل و توان بی‌هوازی به‌ روش RAST تعیین شد. آزمودنی‌ها به سبک وزنی المپیک برنامۀ مبارزۀ شبیه‌ساز را اجرا کردند. سطح لاکتات خون و ضربان قلب با تله متری پولار و مقیاس 10RPE بورگ پیش از مسابقه، بین هر یک از 3 راند مبارزه و در پایان راند سوم مسابقه و برنامۀ شبیه‌ساز با میت اندازه‌گیری شدند. برای مقایسۀ میانگین داده‌ها از تحلیل واریانس یکسویه استفاده شد. بین شاخصهای سه‌گانۀ شدت کار هنگام مسابقه و تمرین ویژه اختلاف معناداری به‌دست نیامد (05/0P>). برنامۀ شبیه‌سازشده، فشار سایکوفیزیولوژیک همسطح با مسابقۀ واقعی بر عملکرد تکواندوکاران وارد می‌کند که احتمالاً بتوان جایگزین مسابقات تدارکاتی در پیش‌فصل مسابقات که امکان رخداد آسیب وجود دارد، کرد.}, keywords_fa = {blood lactate,design of simulation training,rating of perceived exertion,sports injury,taekwondo}, url = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_55224.html}, eprint = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_55224_61b5d0599848459b2c1352bdea5ef69c.pdf} }
