Today, serum levels of creatine and aspartate aminotransferase are widely used as biochemical markers of muscle damage in order to determine the functional status of muscle tissues in both pathological and physiological conditions. This study investigated the effect of a futsal match on some biochemical markers of muscle damage such as creatine (Cr) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST). 20 professional female futsal players (mean ± SD: age 20.9±2.02 yr, height 1.63±0.05 m, weight 59.25±8.92 kg) participated in this study. The subjects were divided into experimental and control groups. 10 participants took part in a futsal match and 10 subjects did not participate in the match as the control group. 10 cc of blood were collected from both groups before, immediately after (first posttest) and 24 hours after the match (second posttest) to measure Cr and AST and were analyzed by biochemical methods. Analysis of variance with repeated measures and Bonferroni post hoc test were used for data analysis. The results showed a significant increase in AST immediately after the match (P≤0.05). But there was no significant difference between the groups. Cr showed a significant difference immediately after the match between the two groups (P≤0.05), that is to say it increased 21% in the first posttest in the experimental group compared with the control group. It can be concluded that a futsal match can increase serum concentrations of Cr and AST that represents the risk of muscle damage in female futsal players.  }, keywords = {Biochemical factors,Futsal,muscle damage}, title_fa = {اثر مسابقۀ فوتسال بر برخی نشانگرهای بیوشیمیایی آسیب عضلانی (کراتینین و آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز)}, abstract_fa = {فعالیت ورزشی شدید، با تأثیر بر فیزیولوژی و عملکرد عضله، باعث تحریک آسیب آن می‌شود. امروزه سطح سرمی کراتینین و آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز به‌عنوان نشانگرهای بیوشیمیایی آسیب عضلانی به‌طور گسترده برای تعیین وضعیت عملکردی بافت عضلانی، در هر دو وضعیت پاتولوژیکی و فیزیولوژیکی استفاده می‌شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر مسابقۀ فوتسال بر برخی نشانگرهای بیوشیمیایی آسیب عضلانی نظیر کراتینین (Cr) و آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز (AST) بود. بیست بازیکن زن حرفه‌ای فوتسال (میانگین± انحراف معیار: سن 02/2±9/20 سال، قد 05/0±63/1 متر و وزن 92/8±25/59 کیلوگرم) در این تحقیق بررسی شدند. بازیکنان به دو گروه تجربی و کنترل تقسیم شدند. ده نفر از آنها در مسابقه شرکت کردند و ده نفر دیگر به‌عنوان گروه کنترل در مسابقه شرکت نکردند. ده سی‌سی خون از هر دو گروه پیش از آزمون، بلافاصله بعد از مسابقه (پس‌آزمون اول) و 24 ساعت بعد از مسابقه (پس‌آزمون دوم) برای اندازه‌گیری Cr و AST جمع‌آوری و به روش بیوشیمی آنالیز شد. از تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌های تکراری و آزمون تعقیبی برای آنالیز داده‌ها استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که مقدار AST، بلافاصله پس از مسابقه در گروه تجربی افزایش معنی‌داری داشت (05/0P≤). بین دو گروه تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد. مقدار Cr بلافاصله پس از مسابقه افزایش و بین دو گروه تفاوت معنی‌داری نشان داد (05/0P≤)، به‌طوری‌که کراتینین در پس‌آزمون اول، در گروه تجربی در مقایسه باگروه کنترل 21درصد افزایش داشت. از یافته‌های این تحقیق می‌توان نتیجه‌گیری کرد که مسابقۀ فوتسال می‌تواند غلظت سرمیCr  و AST را افزایش دهد. این نتیجه، نشان‌دهندۀ احتمال ایجاد آسیب عضلانی در فوتسالیست‌های زن است.  }, keywords_fa = {Biochemical factors,Futsal,muscle damage}, url = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_54272.html}, eprint = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_54272_c26ed23d328e1f00e5cda68afc53667b.pdf} }
