For this purpose, 36 obese sedentary subjects (body mass index>30) were randomly selected and randomly assigned to 3 groups of 12 subjects :intermittent training, continuous training and control (mean and SD of height, weight, age 163.2±5.8 cm, 86.8±11.8 kg, 20.7±1.3 years; 160.2±6.4 cm, 83.8±9.5 kg, 22.1±2.2 years; 166.2±7.1 cm, 86.6±10.5 kg, 22±2.4 years, respectively). The intermittent group participated in an 800-meter (4 x 200m run = 800m) exercise with 80%-90% of maximal reserved heart rate and 1/3 rest interval. A distance of 400 meters (2 x 200m) was added to the primary distance every week. The continuous group ran this distance (800 m) with 60%-70% of maximal reserved heart rate with 400 meters added to the primary distance weekly. The control group received no intervention. Before and after the protocol, fibrinogen and CRP were recorded and measured. One-way analysis of variance, LSD post hoc test and paired t tests were used to determine the effects of both types of exercises (α=0.05). The intr-group results showed a significant decrease in fibrinogen in the continuous group (P=0.005). The intera-group results revealed a significant change of CRP between the intermittent and continuous groups (P=0.04) and also between the intermittent and the control groups (P=0.001). In addition, there was a significant change of in fibrinogen between the intermittent and control groups (P=0.006). It seems that both types of exercise had positive effects on CRP and fibrinogen levels.}, keywords = {continuous exercise,CRP,fibrinogen,intermittent exercis,obese women}, title_fa = {مقایسۀ آثار تمرینات تداومی و تناوبی بر شاخص های التهاب عمومی (CRP و فیبرینوژن سرم) زنان چاق جوان}, abstract_fa = {هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی تأثیر تمرینات تداومی و تناوبی بر شاخص‌های التهابی CRP و فیبرینوژن زنان جوان چاق است. 36 آزمودنی چاق غیرفعال با شاخص تودۀ ‌بدنی بالای 30 انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی به 3 گروه 12 نفری تمرینات تناوبی با میانگین و انحراف استانداردهای قد، وزن و سن 8/5 ± 2/163 سانتی‌متر٬ 8/11 ± 8/86 کیلو‌گرم و 3/1 ± 7/20 سال و گروه تمرین تداومی 4/6 ± 2/160 سانتی‌متر ٬ 5/9 ± 8/83 کیلوگرم و 2/2± 1/22 سال و گروه کنترل 1/7 ± 2/166 سانتی‌متر ٬ 5/10 ± 6/86 کیلو‌گرم و 4/2 ± 22 سال تقسیم شدند. گروه تمرین تناوبی مسافت 800 متر را به‌صورت 4 دوی 200 متری با شدت 80 تا 90 درصد ضربان قلب ذخیره و زمان استراحت 1 به 3 آغاز کردند و هر هفته 400 متر به‌صورت 2 دوی 200 متری به مسافت اولیه ‌افزودند. گروه تمرین تداومی نیز مسافت 800 متر را با شدت 60 تا 70 درصد ضربان قلب ذخیره شروع کردند و هر هفته 400 متر به مسافت اولیه افزودند. گروه کنترل هیچ‌گونه مداخله‌ای دریافت نکردند. پیش و پس از برنامۀ تمرین مقادیر CRP  و فیبرینوژن اندازه‌گیری شد. به‌منظور تعیین تأثیر نوع فعالیت بدنی از روش‌های آماری t زوجی، تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه و پس‌آزمون LSD در سطح معنا‌داری 05/0=α استفاده شد. یافته‌های درون‌گروهی نشان داد در گروه تمرین تداومی فیبرینوژن کاهش معنا‌دار داشته است (005/0=p). بررسی‌های بین‌گروهی نیز حاکی از تغییرات معنی‌دار  CRP بین گروه‌های تداومی و تناوبی (04/0=P) و گروه‌های تناوبی و کنترل است (001/0=P). همچنین سطوح فیبرینوژن بین گروه‌های تمرینی تناوبی و کنترل تغییر معنا‌داری یافته است (006/0=P). به‌نظر می‌رسد فعالیت ورزشی به‌صورت تداومی و تناوبی  آثار سودمندی بر سطوح CRP و فیبرینوژن دارد. }, keywords_fa = {تمرین تداومی,تمرین تناوبی,زنان چاق فیبرینوژن,CRP}, url = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_35668.html}, eprint = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_35668_431cff8521ddc303ee5582d8a477157d.pdf} }
