Hence, in a randomized crossover design, 10 young men (age: 23.3±1.76 yr) were divided into 3 groups: control (Con), resistance exercise with slow movement (SM), and resistance exercise with fast movement (FM). Subjects performed 6 movements in 4 sets at 60–65% of 1RM. Blood sampling were taken before, immediately and 30 min. after the exercise. The results showed that both SM and FM significantly increased GH immediately after the exercise (250% and 200% respectively), but there was no difference between SM and FM. In SM group, testosterone significantly increased immediately after the exercise. SM and FM had no effect on cortisol, insulin, and glucose. It can be concluded that SM has more effect on testosterone secretion compared with FM.}, keywords = {Fast Movements,GH,Resistance exercise,Slow Movements,Testosterone}, title_fa = {تأثیرات حاد دو برنامۀ تمرین مقاومتی با شدت متوسط، حجم برابر و سرعت‌های آهسته و سریع بر برخی هورمون‌های آنابولیک و کاتابولیک}, abstract_fa = {هدف از تحقیق حاضر مطالعۀ تأثیرات حاد دو برنامۀ تمرین مقاومتی با سرعت آهسته و سریع بر برخی هورمونهای آنابولیک و کاتابولیک بود. ده مرد جوان (سن 76/1 ± 3/23 سال) در یک طرح تصادفی متقاطع در سه حالت کنترل، تمرین مقاومتی آهسته و تمرین مقاومتی سریع قرار گرفتند. آزمودنی‌ها شش حرکت را در چهار ست با شدت 65- 60 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه انجام دادند. نمونههای خونی قبل، بلافاصله و نیم‌ ساعت بعد از تمرین گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد تمرین آهسته و سریع موجب افزایش معنادار هورمون رشد (بهترتیب حدود 250 و 200 درصد) بلافاصله بعد از تمرین شد. اما بین دو نوع تمرین تفاوتی وجود نداشت. در تمرین مقاومتی آهسته بلافاصله بعد از تمرین مقادیر تستوسترون به‌طور معناداری افزایش یافت. تمرین مقاومتی آهسته و سریع تأثیری بر کورتیزول، انسولین و گلوکز نداشت. میتوان گفت تمرینات مقاومتی آهسته نسبت به تمرینات مقاومتی سریع تأثیر بیشتری بر ترشح هورمون‌ تستوسترون دارد.}, keywords_fa = {Fast Movements,GH,Resistance exercise,Slow Movements,Testosterone}, url = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_35055.html}, eprint = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_35055_8fc4db8d4cb3b7ca2077d201f8169748.pdf} }
