The aim of the present study was to investigate the response of growth factors to two different training methods. 14 male volunteers were selected and divided randomly into two groups. Group A (plyometric, 7 subjects, age: 20.86±1.86 yr, height: 179.29±4.23 cm, weight: 74.56±6.24 kg) performed plyometric training and group B (combined, 7 subjects, age: 21.43±1.72 yr, height: 181.71±6.42 cm, weight: 76.14± 8.47 kg) performed a combination of resistance training and plyometric training 3 days per week for 8 weeks (4 weeks of resistance training and 4 weeks of plyometric training). Muscle biopsies were obtained from vastus lateralis muscle 3 days before and 7 days after the training. To evaluate muscle power, Bosco (5 and 60 sec.), Sargent jump and standing long jump tests and to evaluate agility and speed, hexagonal obstacle and 35m dash tests were used respectively. To estimate gene expression of insulin – like growth factor (IGF-1) and mechanical growth factor (MGF), real time RT – PCR was performed. Paired and independent t tests were used to analyze the data at (P≤ 0.05). The results showed that in Bosco, Sargent jump, standing long jump, hexagonal obstacle and 35m dash tests, plyometric group had better results than group B. The MGF gene expression decreased insignificantly in group A (by 20.18%, P≤0.29) and increased significantly in group B (by 159.24%, P≤0.048). IGF-1 gene expression increased significantly in group A (by 133.83%, P≤0.04) and increased insignificantly in group B (by 24.06%, P≤0.16). It can be concluded that different IGF-1 transcripts (IGF-IEa and MGF) differently respond to various mechanical and metabolic overload strategies in human skeletal muscle.  }, keywords = {Skeletal Muscle,plyometric training,combined training,IGF-1-MGF}, title_fa = {تأثیر تمرینات پلیومتریک و ترکیبی بر پاسخ IGF-I و MGF در عضلة پهن جانبی مردان غیرورزشکار}, abstract_fa = {عامل رشد شبهانسولین -1 در تکامل، رشد، بازسازی و حفظ بافتها در عضلة اسکلتی در یک روش اتوکرین / پاراکرین و آندوکرین نقش دارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی پاسخ عوامل رشدی به دو شیوة تمرینی مختلف بود. در این پژوهش 14 آزمودنی مرد بهصورت داوطلبانه انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی به دو گروه تقسیم شدند. گروه اول (پلیومتریک، 7 آزمودنی، سن: 86/1±86/20 سال، قد: 23/4±29/179 سانتیمتر، وزن: 24/6±57/74 کیلوگرم) تمرین پلیومتریک و گروه دوم (ترکیبی، 7 آزمودنی، سن 72/1±43/31 سال، قد 42/6±71/181 سانتیمتر، وزن: 47/8±14/76 کیلوگرم) ترکیبی از تمرین مقاومتی و پلیومتریک را 3 روز در هفته به مدت 8 هفته (4 هفته تمرین مقاومتی و 4 هفته تمرین پلیومتریک) انجام دادند. نمونههای عضلانی از عضلة پهن جانبی 3 روز قبل و 7 روز بعد از تمرین گرفته شد. برای تعیین توان از 3 آزمون بوسکو (5 و 60 ثانیهای)، سارجنت و پرش جفت و برای سنجش چابکی و سرعت از آزمونهای مانع ششضلعی و دو سرعت 35 متر استفاده شد. برای تخمین میزان بیان ژن عامل رشد شبهانسولین (1) (IGF-I) و عامل رشد مکانیکی (MGF) از روش Real – time RT PCR استفاده شد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای T زوجی و T مستقل استفاده شد و سطح معناداری 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد در آزمونهای بوسکو، سارجنت، پرش جفت، مانع ششضلعی و دو سرعت 35 متر گروه پلیومتریک بهتر عمل کردند. بیان ژن  در گروه اول کاهش غیرمعنادار (18/20 درصد – 29/0 P≤) اما در گروه دوم بهطور معنادرای افزایش یافت (24/159 درصد، 048/0 P≤) و بیان ژن IGF-I در گروه اول افزایش معنادار (83/133 درصد، 04/0 P≤) اما در گروه دوم بهطور غیرمعناداری افزایش (06/24 درصد، 16/0 P≤) یافت. بهطور کلی میتوان نتیجه گرفت رونوشتهای مختلف ژن IGF-I (IGF-IEa و MGF) در عضلة اسکلتی انسان بهطور متفاوتی به راهبردهای مختلف اضافهبار مکانیکی و سوختوسازی پاسخ میدهند.  }, keywords_fa = {عضلة اسکلتی,تمرین پلیومتریک,تمرین ترکیبی,MGF-IGF-I}, url = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_35042.html}, eprint = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_35042_2e2a883a0f3d70e8e432caa3320724f2.pdf} }
