The experiment was undertaken randomly in a crossover form between two modes and two groups of runners (Group A and B), and two intermittent exercise models. The exercise models included: (i) a high intensity and low volume (HT) model  (60 seconds exercise with 90% VO2 peak and 60 seconds rest with 30% VO2 peak) within 30 minutes activity and (ii) a low intensity and high volume (VT) model (60 seconds exercise with 65% VO2 peak and 60 seconds rest with 30% VO2 peak) within 60 minutes activity. The experiments were performed during two 6-week periods with a 5-week rest in between. Respiratory Exchange Ratio (RER), Time performance in 1500 meters (T1500m) and Lactate maximum (Lacmax) were measured throughout the exercises. Repeated-measures ANOVA and Bonferroni post hoc tests were used to determine any significant difference between the groups and exercises. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the value of T1500m between pre and post HT and VT models (P<0.05).With regard to the maximum amount of RER and lactate, there was only a significant difference between pre and post HT exercise model  (P<0.05). The results revealed that both HT and VT models had a significant difference in VO2peak between pre and post exercise (P<0.05). Overall, the  findings of this study showed that the HT exercise model compared to the VT exercise model had higher performance on the RER, Lacmax, T1500m andVO2peak parameters. Where time limitation is an issue for athletes, the HT exercise model may therefore be a good substitution for long and boring training models.}, keywords = {Intermittent Exercises,lactate,Oxygen Uptake,Respiratory Exchange Ratio,Endurance Runner}, title_fa = {مقایسة اثر تمرینات با حجم بالا و تمرینات با شدت بالا بر مقدار تجمع لاکتات، زمان اجرا و میزان بهبود 2VO اوج در دوندگان استقامتی 10-14 ساله}, abstract_fa = {پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسة اثر تمرینات با حجم بالا و تمرینات با شدت بالا بر مقدار تجمع لاکتات، زمان اجرا و میزان بهبود اوج اکسیژن مصرفی (VO2peak) در دوندگان استقامتی 10-14 ساله انجام شد. بیست دانش‌آموز دوندة استقامتی پسر با سن 32/2±5/12 سال، قد 27/3±62/154 سانتی‌متر، وزن 12/5±5/34 کیلوگرم، حداکثر ضربان قلب 1/3±5/207 ضربه در دقیقه و اوج اکسیژن مصرفی 22/3±45/36 میلی‌لیتر بر کیلوگرم در دقیقه به صورت متقاطع و در دو حالت در گروه‌های فعالیتی A و B در دو مدل فعالیت تناوبی با شدت بالا و حجم پایین (HT) (60 ثانیه فعالیت با شدت90٪ 2VOاوج و 60 ثانیه استراحت با شدت 30٪ 2VOاوج) به مدت 30 دقیقه و با شدت پایین و حجم بالا (VT) (60 ثانیه فعالیت با شدت 65٪  2VO اوج و 60 ثانیه استراحت با شدت 30٪ 2VOاوج) به مدت 60 دقیقه طی دو دورة شش هفته‌ای و به فاصلة پنج هفته از یکدیگر، به صورت داوطلبانه شرکت کردند. اوج اکسیژن مصرفی، نسبت تبادل تنفسی (RER)، رکورد دوی 1500 متر و لاکتات پلاسمای آزمودنی‌ها، هنگام فعالیت‌های تناوبی مختلف ثبت شد. به منظور مقایسة تفاوت میانگین‌ها از آزمون آماری تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری‌های مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی در سطح معناداری (05/0P≤) استفاده شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد در m1500T آزمودنی‌ها بین پیش و پس از آزمون نوع فعالیت HT، کاهش معناداری داشتند و این تفاوت بین مدل فعالیتی HT نسبت به مدل فعالیتی VT معنادار بود (05/0P<). در مورد متغیرهای RER و لاکتات بیشینه (Lacmax)، کاهش معناداری بین پیش و پس از استفاده از مدل فعالیتی HT نسبت به مدل فعالیتی VT مشاهده شد (05/0P<). در مورد متغیر 2VO اوج این نتایج نشان داد که با استفاده از این دو مدل فعالیتی، افزایش معناداری بین مقادیر پیش و پس از فعالیت به وجود آمد (05/0P<). بر اساس این یافته‌ها می‌توان نتیجه‌گیری کرد که مدل فعالیتی HT نسبت به مدل فعالیتی VT در مورد متغیرهای RER، peak2VO، Lacmax و m1500T کارایی بالاتری دارد و با توجه به محدودیت زمانی در برنامة تمرینی این گروه از ورزشکاران، این مدل تمرینی ممکن است جایگزین خوبی برای مدل‌های تمرینی طولانی‌مدت و خسته‌‌کننده به لحاظ دورة زمانی باشد.}, keywords_fa = {اکسیژن مصرفی,تبادل تنفسی,فعالیت‌های تناوبی,لاکتات,نسبت دوندة استقامتی}, url = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_32184.html}, eprint = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_32184_a02bcfd79603e70346d46fcef6c5be16.pdf} }
