The research design was a cross – sectional one and 12 female university students (mean age 22.5±1.3 yr, weight 56.07±5.46 kg, body fat percent 27.125±8.316, BMI 21.175±2.68 kg/m2) voluntarily participated in three modes of control, swimming and running exercise with 80-85% maximum heart rate up to the exhaustion level. The appetite rate of the subjects was measured through the appetite questionnaire two hours before the exercise (in fasting mode), immediately after the exercise, two and eight hours after the exercise. Also, the calorie intake was recorded by the subjects themselves before, during and after the protocol. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance with repeated measures and one–way ANOVA. The test significance level was P?0.05. No significant change was observed in the appetite and calorie intake in one session of swimming and running exercise (P=0.05). One session of swimming and running exercise had no effect on the appetite and calorie intake. In conclusion, in contrast to what some believe, one session of exercise until eight hours after that did not increase appetite and can be used to control and reduce weight. Therefore, exercise can balance the calorie intake negatively. This negative balance will not recover shortly and there is no difference between swimming and running in this regard.}, keywords = {appetite,calorie intake,Running,swimming}, title_fa = {مقایسة اثر یک جلسه فعالیت شناکردن و دویدن وامانده ساز بر اشتها و کالری دریافتی در دختران سالم}, abstract_fa = {هدف تحقیق حاضر، بررسی اثر یک جلسه فعالیت شنا و دویدن بر میزان اشتها و کالری دریافتی دختران سالم بود. طرح تحقیق متقاطع بود و 12 داوطلب دختر (میانگین سنی 3/1 ± 5/22 سال، وزن 46/5 ± 07/56 کیلوگرم، درصد چربی بدن 316/8 ± 125/27 درصد و شاخص تودة بدن 68/2 ± 175/21 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع) از دانشجویان دانشگاه در 3 حالت کنترل، فعالیت شنا و دویدن با شدت 80 تا 85 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه تا حد واماندگی قرار گرفتند. میزان اشتهای افراد در چهار نوبت شامل دو ساعت قبل از فعالیت (در حالت ناشتا)، بلافاصله بعد از فعالیت، دو و هشت ساعت بعد از فعالیت به‌وسیلة پرسشنامة اشتها اندازه‌گیری شد. همچنین کالری دریافتی در روزهای اجرای پروتکل پژوهشی و قبل و بعد از اجرای پروتکل توسط خود‌ آزمودنی‌ها ثبت شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش آماری ANOVA با اندازه‌گیری مکرر و آنوای یکطرفه استفاده شد. سطح معناداری آزمون‌ها 05/0 P? در نظر گرفته شد. در پایان تغییر معناداری در اشتها و کالری دریافتی در اثر یک جلسه فعالیت شنا و دویدن مشاهده نشد (005/0 = P). نتایج نشان داد یک جلسه فعالیت شنا و دویدن تأثیری بر میزان اشتها و کالری دریافتی نداشت. بنابراین یک جلسه فعالیت تا هشت ساعت بعد از آن برخلاف تصور برخی افراد اشتها را افزایش نمی-دهد و می‌تواند در کنترل وزن و کاهش آن استفاده شود. به‌عبارت‌دیگر، ورزش موجب تعادل معنی کالری می‌شود که احتمالاً در کوتاه‌مدت این تعادل منفی جبران نمی‌شود و بین شنا و دویدن از این حیث تفاوتی وجود ندارد.}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_30456.html}, eprint = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_30456_40b5e085110a8c0f7a0ea6b3c0833a48.pdf} }
