For this purpose, 48 male university students (mean age 21.45 years) participated in this study. Subjects were randomly assigned to three exercise groups: endurance group (n=12), resistance group (n=12) and concurrent group (n=12) and a control group (n=12). Their height, weight, fat percentage, BMI and VO2max were determined. The endurance group received endurance training for 8 weeks, 3 sessions per week with an intensity of 75-85% maximal heart rate. Also, in resistance training group, 100% power of subjects was determined. Then, during exercise sessions, a percentage of maximum power was prescribed for them. Concurrent group received both endurance and resistance training programs in one day. In order to compare pretest and posttest results, paired t test and ANOVA was used. The results showed that all three methods of endurance, resistance and concurrent training significantly decreased plasma leptin levels (P=0.982). There was no significant difference in the effects of endurance, resistance and concurrent training on plasma leptin changes. It can be concluded that regular physical activity (any type of endurance, resistance or concurrent training with a negative energy balance) can decrease leptin levels.}, keywords = {Concurrent Training.,Endurance training,leptin,resistance training}, title_fa = {بررسی تأثیر سه شیوة تمرین استقامتی، مقاومتی و ترکیبی بر مقدار لپتین پلاسمای دانشجویان پسر}, abstract_fa = {هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر سه شیوة تمرین استقامتی، مقاومتی و ترکیبی بر مقدار لپتین پلاسمای دانشجویان پسر بود. به این منظور از 48 دانشجوی پسر با میانگین سنی 45/21 سال برای شرکت در پژوهش دعوت به عمل آمد. افراد مورد بررسی به صورت جایگزینی تصادفی در سه گروه تمرینی استقامتی (12=n)، گروه تمرین مقاومتی (12=n) و تمرین ترکیبی (12 = n) و یک گروه کنترل (12 = n) قرار گرفتند. ابتدا قد، وزن، درصد چربی، شاخص BMI و از طریق روش‌های مربوط اندازه‌گیری شد تا چهار گروه همگن شوند. گروه تمرین استقامتی به مدت 8 هفته و 3 جلسه در هفته تحت تأثیر تمرینات استقامتی تا شدت 85 درصد حداکثر ضربان قلب قرار گرفتند. گروه تمرین مقاومتی نیز پس از تعیین 100 درصد قدرت هر یک از افراد، درصدی از حداکثر قدرت، طی جلسه های تمرین برای آنها تجویز شد. افراد گروه تمرین ترکیبی، هر دو برنامة تمرین استقامتی و مقاومتی را در یک روز انجام ‌دادند. به منظور مقایسة نتایج پیش آزمون با پس آزمون از آزمون t گروه‌های همبسته و ANOVA استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که هر سه شیوه تمرین استقامتی، مقاومتی و ترکیبی تأثیر معنی‌داری بر کاهش سطوح لپتین پلاسمای مردان غیر ورزشکار دارد(982/0P=). بین تأثیر تمرینات استقامتی، مقاومتی و ترکیبی بر تغییرات لپتین پلاسما تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نشد. بنابراین می‌توان گفت فعالیت بدنی منظم از هر نوع استقامتی، مقاومتی یا ترکیبی که تعادل منفی انرژی به همراه داشته باشد، موجب کاهش سطح لپتین می شود.}, keywords_fa = {تمرین استقامتی,تمرین ترکیبی.,تمرین مقاومتی,لپتین}, url = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_29057.html}, eprint = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_29057_c4816d752e3972f3a5fcffe4b959dc8f.pdf} }
