For this purpose, 12 female volleyball players (mean age 23.26 years, mean weight 58.8 kg, mean height 166.49 cm and at least four years of activity) participated voluntarily in this research. Bruce Test was performed on a treadmill in the morning and evening. The blood samples were collected before and after of Bruce test. The levels of these hormones were measured by Eliza method. SPSS 16 software was used to statistically analyze the data; descriptive statistics were used to describe the data and to investigate the characteristics of the groups and t test was used to compare the groups. The results showed no significant difference in testosterone and testosterone/cortisol ratio between the morning and evening; but an exhaustive exercise session significantly decreased cortisol in the morning and evening. It can be concluded that an exhaustive exercise session cannot affect testosterone and testosterone/cortisol ratio while it may significantly reduce cortisol.}, keywords = {Cortisol,Exhaustive Exercise.,Testosterone}, title_fa = {مقایسه تأثیرات تمرین درمانده ساز غلظت تستوسترون و کورتیزول سرم در دو نوبت صبح و عصر در ورزشکاران دختر}, abstract_fa = {هدف از این پژوهش، مقایسة تأثیر یک جلسه تمرین درمانده‌ساز بر غلظت تستوسترون و کورتیزول سرم و نسبت کورتیزول به تستوسترون سرمدر دو نوبت صبح و عصر در والیبالیست‌های دختر بود. به این منظور ?? دختر والیبالیست با میانگین سنی24سال، وزن 8/58 کیلوگرم و میانگین قد 49/166 سانتی متر و با حداقل چهار سال سابقة فعالیت به صورت داوطلب در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. تست مورد نظر تست بروس بود که بر روی دستگاه تریدمیل در دو نوبت صبح و عصر انجام گرفت قبل و بعد از تست بروس نمونه‌های خونی جمع آوری شد. سطوح این دو هورمون با روش رادیوایمونواسی(الایزا) اندازه گیری شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل آماری از نرم افزار spss 16، به منظور توصیف داده‌ها و ویژگی‌های گروه نمونة مورد بررسی از آمار توصیفی، برای بررسی تفاوت دورن گروهی مقدار این دو هورمون قبل و بعد از تمرین از تی همبسته در سطح خطای 50/0 و از آزمون t برای گروه‌های وابسته استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که مقادیر تستوسترون و نسبت تستوسترون به کورتیزول در دو نوبت صبح و عصر تفاوت معناداری نداشت، اما یک جلسه تمرین درمانده ساز در دو نوبت صبح و عصر بر سطح کورتیزول کاهش معناداری را نشان داد و می توان نتیجه گیری کرد که یک جلسه تمرین وامانده ساز، نمی تواند بر سطح هورمون تستوسترن و نسبت آن با کورتیزول سرم اثر گذار باشد، درحالی که ممکن است بر کاهش مقدار کورتیزول به تنهایی اثر معنی داری داشته باشد و موجب کاهش مقدار کورتیزول شود.}, keywords_fa = {Cortisol,Exhaustive Exercise.,Testosterone}, url = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_23850.html}, eprint = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_23850_197f74aa0de5cee5d7a8d93458d0913b.pdf} }
