For this purpose, 56 rats were divided randomly into a control group and two experimental groups. The experimental groups, in turn, were divided into 5 and 3 sessions of continuous training groups. The experimental training programs were performed five or three days a week for 12 weeks at a definite treadmill speed. Blood samples were gathered in three phases: pre-training, mid-training and post-training following 12-14 hours of an overnight fasting. The results showed that HS-CRP levels in both 5 and 3 sessions of continuous aerobic training groups decreased insignificantly in the first 6 weeks and significantly after 12 weeks, but HS-CRP level in the control group increased significantly after 6 and 12 weeks. The research findings for HS-CRP showed significant changes in two training groups after 6 and 12 weeks when compared with the control group as well as no significant changes between 5 and 3 sessions of continuous training groups after 6 and 12 weeks. However, the difference in HS-CRP levels between the control and the experimental groups was significant after 6 and 12 weeks. These findings suggest that although the effectiveness of 6 sessions of training a week is generally more than 3 sessions of training, the training duration is more important than the number of training sessions to control systemic inflammation response.}, keywords = {Continuous Aerobic Training,High Sensitive C-Reactive Protein,inflammatory markers,Wistar Rats.}, title_fa = {تأثیر سه و پنج جلسة‌ تمرین تداومی بر پروتئین واکنش‌دهندة C موش‌های ویستار با ژنوم 14848}, abstract_fa = {پروتئین واکنش‌دهندة C با حساسیت HS-CRP، حساس‌ترین شاخص التهابی پیشگویی‌کنندة بیماری قلبی – عروقی است. برای بررسی تأثیر دوازده هفته تمرین تداومی سه و پنج جلسه‌ای در هفته بر پروتئین واکنش‌دهندة C با حساسیت زیاد، 56 موش‌ها صحرایی ماده نژاد ویستار با ژنوم 14848 (با وزن 93/4± 6/325 گرم، سن 21 ماه که دست کم سه ماه از اتمام دوران باروی آنها گذشته بود) انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی به گروه کنترل و گروه تمرینی تقسیم شدند. گروه‌های تمرینی به گروه‌های تمرینی تداومی 3 جلسه و 5 جلسه در هفته تقسیم شدند. برنامة تمرینی تداومی سه یا پنج جلسه در هفته به مدت 12 هفته با سرعت و مدت تعیین‌شده اجرا شد. خونگیری حالت ناشتایی در سه مرحلة پیش‌آزمون و به‌دنبال شش و دوازده هفته تمرین انجام شد. مقادیر HS-CRP گروه کنترل پس از شش و دوازده هفته، افزایش معناداری داشت، در حالی که در هر دو گروه تمرین تداومی در شش هفتة نخست تمرین، کاهش غیرمعناداری مشاهده شد که این کاهش در پایان هفتة دوازدهم به لحاظ آماری معنادار بوده است. از سوی دیگر، بررسی تغییرات HS-CRP بین سه گروه نشان داد که تفاوت معنی‌داری بین دو گروه تمرینی 3 و 5 جلسه‌ای در مقایسه با گروه کنترل وجود دارد، در حالی که این تفاوت بین دو گروه تمرینی معنادار نیست. باتوجه به نتایج به‌دست آمده می‌توان گفت اگرچه درمجموع اثربخشی تمرینات 5 جلسه‌ای بیش‌تر از تمرینات 3 جلسه‌ای در هفته است، ولی برای مهار پاسخ التهابی، طول دورة‌ تمرینی مهم‌تر از تعداد جلسات تمرینی در هفته است.}, keywords_fa = {Continuous Aerobic Training,High Sensitive C-Reactive Protein,inflammatory markers,Wistar Rats.}, url = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_21988.html}, eprint = {https://jsb.ut.ac.ir/article_21988_e1a6a0461aabf8ff81b2b1f370116694.pdf} }
